That was an incredible tour! Not going to lie...the older I get the more I appreciate the quite, laid back aspect and a good parking garage, haha. Great job on a very informative tour!!
My grandparents lived in Arcadian 2 for many many years. My entire childhood i waited all year to go to Myrtle beach. I used to run around that Hilton all the time! My grandparents have been gone for many years but this video brings back wonderful memories of my childhood. Thank you
I've stayed at this Hylton twice both times in October for computer classes for work. Very nice I thought. My company paid the bills but was nice. Food was good. Nothing to complain about other than being in a beach front room on 12th floor
Actually the Apache pier is open to the public....you have to pay to park and pay to get on the pier....unless its changed since summer 2021....we used to go out on Apache fishing.
In 2014 was first year in myrtle and we stayed just north in seawatch plantation. Decent enough place. If we have daily cleaning i always tip the housekeeper, rule of thumb is $1 per person per day. And i will say the house keeper we.had then was top notch was worth even more. Another bit of advise. If you encounter an excellent employee please reach out to the hotel and resort and let them know that they did a good job. I believe they only hear the bad but never hear the good. Never hurts to let someone know that their employees made your stay better. Simple act of kindness goes a long way.
Excellent area, don't be fooled there may not be enough to do, as there's plenty....or do nothing and relax (very quiet at night time). I've stayed at Arcadian Dunes a few times, that whole Kings Road corridor and surrounding area is very nice. the Embassy Suites looks beautiful, so is Sea Watch. Ive jogged or road a bike all through the neighborhood, if you get to know the area it helps tremendously on avoiding traffic. the Arcadian Shores golf course has also come a long way over the last 20 yrs, its nice.
Awesome Tour! But i cant say I have every stayed in any hotels with storage under the beds and I have been on the road traveling for work for about 5 years now. Must be a different brand than hilton or ihg
That is still in Myrtle Beach city limits. You have to go north a little bit further, up to North Beach Plantation, to be inside North Myrtle Beach city limits. Essentially, where Barefoot Landing begins.🙂
This is not within City of Myrtle, nor is it in North Myrtle. The City of Myrtle northern border is the singleton swash. I referenced the location as NMB for simplicity for viewers who aren’t familiar with the area. It’s technically in Horry County between City of Myrtle and Briarcliff Acres.
As someone who sometimes chooses to go on vacation with their "cool car" I kinda worry about the parking situation. Where is the parking, is it safe, are the spots wide enough so no dings, etc. Certainly a unique location overall though. The atrium, the lighting on the outside pretty cool. I get you about the creepy "am I not supposed to be there" vibes. I was waiting for some all black eyed long black haired Asian girl in a long white dress to show up and point at the camera, damn.
I think its better that its not comped.. reason they will get a random room amd not fed the best room in the resort makes for a more true review. As usual love your content and keep it.up... only 181 days till im back at my happy place
Far from being "quiet" this hotel is in the middle of about 11 side-by-side highrises, one of the most densely packed areas of Myrtle beach other than the area from 14th-30th ave north. Still, all you have to do is walk for a while north past the campground and there's absolutely no hotels for quite a distance.

Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
Not going to lie....the word is "quiet" not "quite" ... lol 🤗🤗😎

I always wanted to see the inside of this Hotel! Thanks for saving me the trip! 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
We stay next door at Royale Palms every year and have access to a lot of the amenities at the Hilton. Thanks for the great tour.
Very cool!

What’s wrong with a 12th floor ocean front?

Hello, nice video … how is the beach? It is white sand and clean? Thanks

Mr. Myrtle another great detailed video, may I ask the price for this room in the obvious off season.
Price will vary and you can get accurate rates at their website but this weekend night was around 200.
I could ask how much one night on that hotel, double bed room for the tourists . Saludos desde South America .

Very nice hotel, and nice video.
Thank you very much!
Very nice.
Nice 🥰
Very nice review. I hope your rooms are comped! I'm also the channel 'Tangents,' btw, and I always watch when you upload.
Not comped, my own money spent. Thanks for the comment!

You do not have to stay at the Apache campground to access the Apache Pier
I was getting a real "Backrooms" feel with some of these spaces. :o
In the 70s I met
Jonny Cash he landed a helicopter on the tennis courts
