Thanks once more for the homily on this highly controversial issue that seems to have chased many away from the Catholic church, as a result of Her refusal to consider new and current marriage scenarios which are different from what existed at the beginning of marital relationships. How I wish that homilies give room for questions or that we share the same geographical location, I would have shared some of these scenarios with you and sought your opinion about them. Thanks once more and may the Holy Spirit continue to guide and inspire you.
If homilies give room for questions it will really be a mess cos people may go home without getting the main point that the Holy Spirit wishes to give. I think it's better to meet the priest after the mass to ask instead of making the mass appear like a classroom discussion. The homily time is a very sacred moment God feeds us with his word to prepare us to receive his body in the Eucharist. Unfortunately, our generation like these people in the time of Moses want to reconstruct marriage. What father said is exactly what marriage is. The devil attacks the family seriously, and the current trend is to make marriage from being a Divine Institution to a human construct. They do not see the devil at work in this. That is the sorry situation we've "grown" to in our times.
