Cani this is for your training plan problem. The training plans can be tricky to understand but for me in FC 24 I would always put my bench and reserves on performance focused, if you put them on this plan, they will gain both fitness and sharpness (for the start of the season is also a good time to use the performance focused plan for all the players). For the starters I would put all of them on energy focused apart for the GK (keep on performance focused), for 3 days then switch it to performance focused until matchday, it doesn't matter if it is 4,5,7 or even 13 days between matches always try to split it up evenly between the energy and performance focused but try to at least get 3 days of energy focus before swapping to performance. Makes sense but sounds like alot of work bro. I agree with the performance focused for subs and reserves but for starters I basically just leave them on balanced. All will be fit, but the sharpness would vary slightly dependent on the player

Cani use Auto training, put all out energy at 60/70 or below Energy focused at 80 or below, Performance focused 80 or below, and all out performance 60/70 or below. It keeps the players fit and sharpness up even when you play games back to back.

For 18 m ,Jan Paul van Hecke from Brighton has good potential and Duch as well, even though he is just 76 rated,it would be an absolute bargain. And by the way he has been linked to Liverpool this summer as well.

There’s automated training plans that players go into depending on how they come out of games, either energy focused or performance. All you need to do is set the limits
For a few years now I’ve had a preference for tall strikers 6’0” + even the lower rated ones they seem to offer more in game I’ve used Nunez as a striker in a Barca rebuild before he’s lethal
For FC24 I use balanced for starting 11 and performance focused for subs and reserves and everyone is always fit and sharp. Not sure if the same mechanics will work in FC25
Just a suggestion, i know gravenberch and Mac Allister are balling on real life, but for me you could play either Szoboslai and Gravenberch or Alan Varela on the CDM and Mac Allister or Jota on that CAM position, it will give you more stability on the midfield

For cb I do recommend inacio bcz his interception is high and the tackle is massive and he is strong and at the same time he could be useful for the header on the ball and scoring goal
Stamina issue is also in FC 24 but what I did was, I leave him in the reserve or I play him and drain his stamina fully and leave him in the bench then he will recover automatically back to normal

I've wanted to see süle or lukeba be signed to liverpool this season(although they were unlikely). If you do go with süle(i dont get the hate, since hes lost a lot of weight and people underestimate him), you can use him as a wide right cb(either starting out as a 3 in the back,or moving into one when youre in position), with trent moving in midfield. If you go with lukeba, you should use him as a lcb whose on the bench, with someone strong like Bremer starting(getting both lukeba and Bremer might stretch your budget however!)

I think you should sign Rafael Guerreiro from Bayern and turn him into a cm or cam he will go up in overall by at least 3 and will bring something that szoboszlai and macallister don’t really have. And for the centre back I think Hancko is good for now as him and konate are very similar in terms of physicality.

I know it's not glamorous but I'd suggest clearing the ball out of the back as opposed to playing it out. A lot of the goals great players concede are usually just negligible and can be avoided.
