Erwin is a master of understanding of where to place the importance of communication. Is the cause of communication discerned by the result or the resulting concept or understanding by the recipient OR is communication all about us / me? For years I've been verbalizing, "the communication or the intent is the result." Erwin has helped me evolve my premise that "communication and intent is about the result". Now it's time for me to flip the script and truly dig into what concept / belief / intent the other recieved. The next step is for me to establish enough belief in trust, empathy and care in the other for me and my intent. When trust, faith and love is established, we can both evolve toward a higher ideal and the magic begins.
