The ' Jomez Productions ' shout outs were awesome. Jomez Productions is without question providing thus far the very best in disc golf coverage and commentary. In fact, it's been a HUGE leap forward in every regard there. My Patreon contribution to them is my most comfortable and secure of the several disc golf related Patreon I subscribe. With that money, you visually see where and how its being applied. Good stuff...
Fantastic video, Paul. Thanks so much for taking the time. And huge props and thanks to Jonathan Gomez at Jomez Productions for making the coolest and best-looking disc golf videos on the planet. Loved the tumble at the end!
Great disc selection Paul! Part of why you're a 4x Champ. Also, I'm a huge fan of Jomez production! Great quality, great playbacks and awesome commentators! Keep up the great work guys!!
This is by far the best In The Bag video yet! I was impressed that you listed the flight numbers and pros of every disc Paul said. The flight tracker was the best! I started in 2006 when I was on 7th grade and ever since I've wanted to see how the disc flies that the pros describe in those In The Bag videos. You made that happen with every disc! Amazing! Count me in as a Patron. Not necessarily in the few coming weeks but during this summer!
Hey Supiika I started in the 7th grade back in 2003 but really in 2004. I have been playing since before the really hard plastics were developed like Champion and similar of that type of plastic from other companies came out. I remember when the original tournament bags from Innova were some of the first to get a quad type strap to use the bag in a sort of hanging backpack style. Another company made just the quad strap for these types of bags and still does but was not as good as the ones copied and improved by the main disc manufacturers. I still use a pre 2011 Discraft bag that by the end of 2016 I customised to be like a backpack using clip on fishing backpack straps to make the bag like a true backpack. I also took a few weeks to get a second water bottle holster for a to fit on the bag permanently and made the original strap not hurt my neck/ shoulder by using athletic tape to cover the rubber on the strap pad. My bag is what I wish that company would make if they made a backpack style bag.
When I started Star was the latest plastic from Innova and Wraith was the newest and fastest driver! I remember those Quad straps and I still happen to have my Revolution Carolina bag with my first and only Phenix QuadShocks somewhere. Didn't dare to sell it even though I bought the first version of Grip bag, then sold it for a Prodiscus 30+ bag and now I'm trying to get a Latitude 64 Luxury E3. Glad to hear that your bag has served you well through all those years!
Supiika I won that bag at the 2007 ace race where I found the best disc ever, the Impact one of the more versatile disc I use still have one of my original ones and a new one as of last year, I can use it as a driving midrange that spot where a midrange is too short and a fairway driver is too long. the Impact also works in tunnel shots and as a driving putter. if I really want a driving putter then my Star Shark 175 grams is the disc I would use and the same disc I would use if playing a one disc round. I also have a old pro Shark at 175 that if i lost it I would just get a Star Shark. Newest disc From Innova when I started playing were the KC Pro discs. Fastest driver disc was the 10 speed Wraith or Beast. I can still use the same bag since 2007 because I have found that a few disc do not work for me so I took them out and also replaced my lightweight Shark with a heavier 175 gram Star one. I will not sell the bag and I wish i had not gotten rid of my small bag a old nylon standard Innova bag that was the starter bag back in 2005. I gave the bag to my dad in 2007 to hold discs he got that he doesn't play with anymore or were a mistake to buy. I do not have my original 2 discs my mom has the putter, a Rubber Putter without the Dupont in it and the other was lost on the original sign course in my town now gone. I do have a near same of the original disc I lost a lightweight DX Stingray the two colors are opposite of original disc for downwind midrange and non windy days at 168 grams and I have a heavier great condition white DX Stingray at 174-175 grams. I want rtwo Super Stingray but will have to buy it in my store in town because I want both in a specific weight and I want them to replace my Stingrays.
The Latitude 64 Lux E3 is a fantastic bag! Just got mine. Only with the umbrella pocket was a little bigger, and the bottom was fully waterproof, but storage is limitless. Easily fits my jacket, towel, snacks, first aid kit, and about 25 discs (more if I used all the space for discs), water bottles, rule book, phone ect. Best investment I've made so far! Rain fly worked great! Had a tourney last month that poured rain the whole time. Just the bottom got wet from sitting on the wet grass all day.
John if I got a true bag it would be the waterproof red or red-orange color Super Hero bag. If the backpack straps are like the rest of the bag with the pvc vinyl on the entire strap then I would need to modify the backpack straps somehow. Otherwise I would get a new bag the newer version of the Discraft Tourney bag swap straps and transfer over my stuff to the new bag, except the extra soft cup holder kind of made that permanent to the old bag then sell the old bag for half price of a new Discraft Tourney bag. Oh and get a new extra soft stroller cup holder.
Such a great video, I think the flight tracker was the most helpful in understanding where the discs stand in the stable/ understable chart and its potential track.
DGN I assume it is, he has 7 Destroyers and 4 or 5 ROC and ROC3 discs. I think he has a full bag. Innova made a SuperHero bag for the pros to use from Innova that are not sponsored by another bag company as well or use a smaller backpack bag from another company. From the few reviews I have found on the bag is way better than the Innova Hero bag. Apparently one of the Innova SuperHero bags a red one is coated in a rubbery plastic material making it waterproof. Also the Hero pack got updated and looks more like the Innova SuperHero bag but has less side pocket space. Also have you felt a Hero pack? they are light for a pack its size.
Thanks for the great video and advice...I especially like that you mentioned what is good for beginners...I was just about to complete my order for new discs and thanks to you I revised it quite bit...Great video and I love watching you play.
I'm waiting for Clearwater DG store to get a load of Innovas this week. I'm scared to death I'll lose my only KC Pro Roc one of these days, which has become my favorite disc. And it's DX plastic so is getting quite beat in. Not quite as stable as it once was. I should carry 2 or 3.
Try the ROC3 many have found that to be very similar in flight to a KC Pro ROC. The KC Pro ROC has never been in DX plastic If it is then you would have to have a KC ROC from prior to 2003.
I may try a Roc 3. I recently got a San Marino Star Roc with the same 4 4 0 3 numbers and it is not even close to the same disc. So far I hate it. I got this KC Pro Roc in 2014 at the Clearwater FL disc store, and it is definitely an $8 DX plastic disc. For all my putters and mids I like DX best. It just has the best feel. I like G-Star for distance drivers, and have a couple of discs in champion plastic too.
A ROC3 is a ROC with flat top and most 3 discs come in more than one plastic type. I can't Use G-Star for drivers, too soft but I do have drivers in Champion and Star or the similar type plastic from Discraft Elite Z and ESP for some discs.
A Discraft Mantis in the Elite Z is my main driver at the moment. I have no good reason to hate Star or Pro plastic, except that every disc I ever got of those I hated. I would say grip maybe. And G-Star is pushing it on grip, but the softness makes up for it a bit. Champion (and Elite Z, the same thing) plastic grips pretty well, and lasts forever, but very difficult for me to ever turn over. G-Star is sort of pre-broken in, and you can turn one over brand new. And it holds that state a decently long time. I have the Daedalus which only comes in G-Star - it is flat as a pancake and I love it. Can't trust it like the Mantis, but it's hard for me to throw that Mantis really far, which for me means 300 ft. I'm going to find a 165ish g Beast in G-Star for my next driver to try out.
I wish I would have bought a shit load of Disccraft when Paul McBeth signed...I could sell them all today and fill a few bags with Innova. Who knew discs would become Pogs? Ah well...

I have a rainbow Leopard 3. I seem to perform better with more overstable discs (my current favorite fairway driver is an Axiom Clash), but Leopard3 is the real deal.
I got my XT NOVA earlier today. My first throw ever with it I aced a 150 feet hole. Man, oh man does it feel so damn good! It really does float straight as a laser.
I believe Innova and Discmania have a deal that allows their pros to throw the other brands discs. Dismania is a child(? sister maybe) company of Innova. If I remember correctly.
Yeah, the two companies have an agreement; their players can carry each others' discs. Paul had a P2 in his bag for a while before the Aviar3 replaced it.
Can anybody point me to more info on what Paul means by the Nova being a good teacher? What am I looking for in flight and what does that tell me about my form?
Josh Michael they all start out pretty much the same, but with use they beat in or season. A disc that is new will have a flight path like it's intended or slightly more stable. Then as that disc gets used, it starts to lose that stability and becomes more understable. Pros usually pick a mold they like and start beating them in to different stages of wear, so 1 mold does the job of say 4 different molds
Anyone know where I can get one of those MF Teebird 3s like he has? The white with aviar stamp. I cant even find a metal flake teebird3 anymore, everything i find says they are out of production.......
the graphics are ridiculous! best in the bag video ever.
The only 3 dislikes on this video, are from people who are mad that Paul can throw an Aviar further than they can a Destroyer.

Jomez, crushing it yet again! See you guys at ledgestone!

best in-the-bag production EVER
Love you Jomez Pro! Thanks for the awesome coverage.
Once again, Jomez delivers. Thanks guys! :)
Such a great video, I think the flight tracker was the most helpful in understanding where the discs stand in the stable/ understable chart and its potential track.
great job jomez
Once again Jomez Pro sets the standard :) great stuff!
Thank you guys for all the high quality footage. I enjoy watching every single video you upload.
Best in the bag video ever
Great vid, really liked the flight tracker with all the shots. keep up the great work!
Well done Jomez. The quality of your videos is unreal. Keep them coming! Also, love from a disc golfer in Wisconsin!
Great work
Awesome job once again Jomez! Top notch as always!!
Awesome in the bag videos guys! Absolutely best out. 👍🏻
another great vid. you guys rock!
Evergreen!!
Hey Jomez, would love to see more in the bags like this where the athlete throws on a flat ground. It's just so nice and easy to look at
By far these are the best in the bags.
Job well done Jomez as always!
When he said brand new he wasn't kidding. That destroyer still had the vacuum sticker on it.
Great video!
Love your videos, and thanks for the continued giveaways! Love what you guys are doing on the disc golf scene.
Way nice video! Great visuals with flight paths. McBeth rules!
Finally :) Thanks!
Dude your video's are top shelf!!! Do more in the bags
Great in the bag. I knew that stack was gonna topple over eventually. Must be a heavy bag.
DGN I assume it is, he has 7 Destroyers and 4 or 5 ROC and ROC3 discs. I think he has a full bag. Best player out there
yaaaayy!! :)
I love Destroyers, one of my favourite discs of all time. Zone is another favourite. ;)
Thanks for the great video and advice...I especially like that you mentioned what is good for beginners...I was just about to complete my order for new discs and thanks to you I revised it quite bit...Great video and I love watching you play.
would love to see what's in the bag and his perspective for sidearm shots
Metal Flake Roc3 is my favourite disc !!!
7:39 he drops to the ground
I want a mcpro aviar stamped destroyer soooo bad they're so sick. Coolest stamp ever
ClashRoyaleWithBMac I just want that swirly design. But I hate that puke green color on discs. It's too easy to lose in the grass.
lets get that 2018 itb fired up.
MAN, I want that Roc3!!!
haha, I was waiting for that stack of discs to fall over.
Can you imagine how insanely good McBeast would be with a bag of Dynamic Discs!? Good God!
6:58 the leaning tower of discs fell 😂😂😂
7:37 Haha look at Paul lol
Great video! Is it possible for you to do a In the bag video with Lizotte?
That’s the best hat I’ve ever seen
Would have liked to know the weight of all his discs out of interest. Great video.
Xelthos usually for pros, it's whatever the max weight the mold comes in for every disc
love the flight tracker, very cool addition to in the bag! now you just need to add a Slow Back or Slo-mez Replay of making a long putt ;)
Love the mcpro aviars! Chained out of 2 aces saturday with them. Lost my 2x ace roc3 in pond with big gust of wind pushing it down :(

Hey jomez
7:33 Didn't hit the line he wanted so he went to the ground like "F*CK!"
more like he just threw EVERY disc in his bag one after another and was exhausted lol
But that is how all us AMs practice...
the more important question is what are the weights of these discs!? :)
I wish I would have bought a shit load of Disccraft when Paul McBeth signed...I could sell them all today and fill a few bags with Innova. Who knew discs would become Pogs? Ah well...
Is star boss more or less overstable than star Destroyer? (as new)
Crazy that he is carrying so many different molds, have not expected that.
tyvek05 Except Philo, who has....6(?) molds in his bag lol.
that's the way you should go ;)
and I think it's 5..
Zool yeah I thought 5 as well but I swear I heard McBeth say he threw a ThunderBird on a hole at the Memorial so I said 6.
Every Monday we go live at 6pm cst on our page to talk everything sports from NFL, NBA to Disc Golf and Gaming. Get the latest info here and join in each week and add to the topic discussions! Thanks Sub and follow on twitter @helmetheadband
Aviars, rocs, tbirds/thunderbirds/firebirds, and 27 Destroyers... did I guess right?
dont forget the NOVA!
j hORn and leopard3!
Firebird got replaced.
Nailed it
What weight does he like on his Avery's?
I like that Paul used to throw monsters
Anybody 2019
Lol the stack of discs fell
I thought his signature desttoyer most overstable :)
I have a rainbow Leopard 3. I seem to perform better with more overstable discs (my current favorite fairway driver is an Axiom Clash), but Leopard3 is the real deal.
where is the pdx?
When did you stop using the champion Krait?
I got my XT NOVA earlier today. My first throw ever with it I aced a 150 feet hole. Man, oh man does it feel so damn good! It really does float straight as a laser.
where can we find konopiste open final round back 9?
tjtomax hasnt come out yet, atleast on spintv. Maybe some live version from before can be found but the overall quality wont be so fun to watch
when dose next in the bag video get uploaded
i have 2 star bosses one is 171g other 157g but they fly very same way... is innova quality bad or why? btw i throw 120m
Hmm....no Shryke....??
I have been thinking of buying the Champion Thunderbird. Does anyone know what is the best weight for the Champion Thunderbird?¿?
littie McGuire
One thing I'd wish you guys added: weights of each disc. I assume Paul doesn't have all the discs in max weight, or if he does then I missed it
please state weights too!!!!!
Link doesn't work. But this would be an epic win , really hope I win this bag :)
7:36 lay down?
josh Anthony in the bag please.
What happens to Paul at 7.36?
Vegard Strøm he didn't hit his line where he wanted to I think
He just threw every disc in his bag. I'd probably collapse and take a breather as well.
Whats the weight on the destroyers?
Mike Leimbach in his last ITB his Aviar Destroyers were all 175 and his AJ was 170. So it's probably around the same.
Jeb Lavender good look 👌
Does innova allow him to carry the fd3??
Yeah they have some kind of agreement that team innova players can use discmania stuff and vice versa
I believe Innova and Discmania have a deal that allows their pros to throw the other brands discs. Dismania is a child(? sister maybe) company of Innova. If I remember correctly.
Brandon Scott yea same company as innova just different brand name
So much wrong info about these two companies.
Yeah, the two companies have an agreement; their players can carry each others' discs. Paul had a P2 in his bag for a while before the Aviar3 replaced it.
my ajs have always been super understable compared to my other destroyers must have already been beaten in or something
Can anybody point me to more info on what Paul means by the Nova being a good teacher? What am I looking for in flight and what does that tell me about my form?
pretty much that it’s a very straight/neutral disc. so if it’s not going straight/ point and shoot, then that is telling you something is wrong
Anyone notice the single spider web thread on his hat? You can see it at 7:55 and 8:00.
This is probably a dumb question, but how are the same discs overstable and understable? What's the difference?
Josh Michael Different levels of wear. Typically a newer disc will be more overstable than a seasoned or beat-in disc of the same mold.
The "Overstable Fairway Driver" FD3 lol
MCBEAST!
Why do some of Paul's non-Aviars still say Aviar on them?
Anyone know where I can get one of those MF Teebird 3s like he has? The white with aviar stamp. I cant even find a metal flake teebird3 anymore, everything i find says they are out of production.......
JasonMote7 MF aren't OoP so I don't know why you can't find them. But his McPro stamp is exclusively used by him and not for sale anywhere.
I'm not saying all MF just MF teebird 3s. they seem to be extremely hard to find
