Glad to hear "La Campanella" played at the proper "allegretto" tempo, too many people rush this piece to show off. They should wait to show off at the end, which is marked "animato."

@@MereauxIf he sucks what does that made you? The whole point of being a performer is to showoff. If you don’t want them to showoff, any artist can play music by themself alone, while you will have to actually learn music to listen to it.

This feels really unfair... comparing La Campanella, an étude on Paganini from the early middle period, to Chopin's Last Large Scale gift to piano music in the polonaise fantasy. It's like if I compared the Op. 18 Waltz to the B minor Sonata

Liszt used Chopin’s apartment to hook up with his lady friends. Chopin was not amused 😅

... a Lady friend that Chopin admired as a musician and who cheated on Berlioz, whom she was engaged with at the time. Naughty girl she was, Marie. Tsktsk. :D
Although, this story is not backed-up by hard evidence. But I for myself perfectly believe that Liszt could and would have done such a thing, and that Chopin could and would have abandoned their friendship after such a faux pas.

yes Chopin and Liszt have only the piano in common which Chopin use to compose musical masterpieces and Liszt use to make Hanon like and Czerny like exercises
