Hello! Thanks so much for your contribution. Today I did the same operation but something strange happened which has irritated me. I got the message on the new number I want to use confirming that the change had been made. But if I ask for a new id code to use the Postepay app the system keeps sending it on my old telephone number despite the change has been confirmed. Do you know how this can be and how I could fix it? An answer would be really welcome if you know some solution.
Ciao, io dopo aver fatto l'operazione di cambio numero non ho ricevuto messaggi, e ora quando vado sull'app e schiaccio sul recupero credenziali mi segna ancora il numero vecchio. Solo che dall'ATM risulta cambiato il numero con quello.nuovo... Come posso risolvere?
Ciao, quando si é dimenticati delle credenziali e nello stesso tempo avere l’email e numero di telefono cambiati, cosa si possa fare x riavere l’accesso ?

Ciao,video molto utile. Volevo chiederti se dopo aver associato il nuovo numero,bisogna abilitare la carta online.
Dopo aver asociato il numero alla carta, non bisogna fare nient'altro. Basta controllare l'app

When your postepaycard expire and they give you another one and the change the number on the card. So how do you add this to the postepay application?

I went today to atm and tried to add my new phone number.but it didnt work.atm asked the old number and i couldn't add the new number there.
