Its already in process. Videos take time,what you see is a 15 min video but for research,editing,recording etc it takes time and effort.

Abhishek Sir, you always mention Journaling in each and every psychology video of yours. And believe me, my trading psychology has improved tremendously just because of journaling. Can you please make a video on how can we maintain a trading journal in the most easy yet effective way.
Its my advice to all wannabe traders - Don't take margin in the beginning my your career. You might not earn much without it but that will help in building phycology and keeping emotions under control. Once you have traded for at least 4-5 years - yes don't think of making any profit before that time - its a hard fact, increase your capital after that. And if you are consistent and persistent, ultimately you will achieve nirvana.

i've tried many trading journal styles so far in last 9 months. initially i just wrote the trades that i took on an excel sheet along with all the parameters like price, qty, sl etc. but after some time i realised that this method does not help in avoiding overtrading. then i created sheets for each stock that i'm holding on and i enter data to it whenever i pyramid to my existing stocks, but this method is also not that good. for next month i'm planning to maintain a hand written journal, i think it will help me to avoid overtrading and make mental notes as well. will be glad if you could share your journaling method. thanks
