I want to simulate 02 adjacent intersection then I do not know how to place properly Vehicle input. If I place Veh input on the upstream link for node 1, then the downstream link of node 1 will have impacts on node 2 ( because I also place another Veh Input on upstream link of node 2) and as a result, it will change the outcomes of model as well. If I split link to not have some unwanted impacts, the vehicle will disappear at the end of downstream link of node 1 and generate at the beginning of node 2 --> looks unrealistic and not able to record the accurate queue length when signal turn red. There are two ways you can deal with it 1) You can restrict your length of static routing and provide two seperate static route for both intersection!! 2) or else you can provide single vehicle input for both intersection and then while simulating provide initial warming time before vissim starts recordings your queue length.
It can not be done using conventional method. This requires trick of overlaying two links on one another and then using both of them for single direction each. If you need more help I would suggest you to visit vissim forum on LinkedIn.
