You’re right that older yg fans are loving this more than new kpop stans. This song is reminiscent of bigbang and ikon. Def YG vibes but definitely also emphasizes Treasure’s strength which is their vocal color. 🤍

They also said they've found their true color from this song too. Once they heard this song, they anominously chose this song for their title track. They also contributed a lot in this whole album, which this song is included. They produced and wrote the lyrics with their producers.
Agree with you I honestly don't really like their previous concept and songs. Boy was fine and MMM was good too but thats it. this time I feel likes YG is back to be YG definetly the kind of music to old kpop fans like me. Everything's put right on it's place

They truly are a yg artist, they are giving me that swag and charisma (yg) vibe. Yg song always have that relation we stan. I could really feel the yg fam feel and vibe surrounding the mv. Never regretted being a yg stan for more than five years now. Here are some things I've noticed in the JIKJIN MV which incorporated a lot of YG references :
Yoshi mentioned how he respected Lisa and how he paid homage to her with his rap verse which is similar to Lisa's rap in How You Like That. Haruto and Hyunsuk also bringing homage to Lisa's iconic "Pedal to the metal" verse from See You Later. When Junkyu's Line came up he mentioned crazy while doing the Going Crazy choreo. Haruto's room set is also very similar to Lisa's classroom set from Ddu-du-ddu-du. The car riding scene is also similar to Rosé's car scene in Kill This Love. We also have Bigbang's Bang Bang Bang dance break. There's the same subway from Mino's Subway MV. Yoshi also revealed that the tunnel on the Jikjin MV is the same tunnel to Lisa riding a vehicle on the Lalisa MV. The panning effect in the chorus was also in AKMU Suhyun's Alien MV. They also did the iconic up-in-the-air cam dance break scene like they did in the dance break scene of Treasure's I love you MV. Never forget the signiture classic YG party dance break. We freaking need a YG Family Concert right now! STAAAAAAAN!!!

그러나 이번 앨범은 정말 노래 4곡과 웹드라마 OST 2곡 모두 정말 다 좋다... 나중에 후속곡과 음방의 무대에 대해서도 리엑션 부탁합니다.

Thank you for continuing to support Treasure. I started as a YG stan with Big Bang so watching Treasure is like watching my grandkids. They fit well within YG but I think they're still experimenting with what will be "TREASURE's" colour. I don't regret being a Teume (even though I told myself that I'm too busy to be a fangirl at the moment). They deserve the support!

I also noticed Bigbang elements in JIKJIN. Also iKON’s hand dance from WhyWhyWhy. Mino’s running inside the train vibe. All pumped me up. I love it absolutely 100%
Tho I perhaps shouldn’t listen to JIKJIN in the car coz I’m afraid I’d go over speed since the song manipulate my brain to just go straight!!!! Maybe it’s better for gym. It’ll make me run non stop!!!
