I’m surprised how much I enjoy this one. Generally, I’m not a fan of cumin, but I do like this fragrance a lot. Definitely pushes me out of my comfort zone! Great review as always, Steven.
Wow, this is one I hadn't tried yet. That presentation is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I definitely want to check this one out and try something different that I am used to. Thank you for your take on it Steven. I ALWAYS love hearing you insight and vat wealth of knowledge! 👍👍
My most daring fragrance right now is Byredo Mojave Desert. This house has escaped me this far but soon I will get my nose on some of the very popular bottles. Thanks for reviewing it Steven
I have tried this one and it was polarizing and daring at first but likable in the drydown. My most daring fragrance was from the Fragrance Engineers called Shorab.
Hi Steven! Congrats on almost reaching the big 50k. Beautiful presentation on this one. I consider myself a risk taker at times and wouldn’t mind giving this one a shot. Sure sounds mysterious and I like it’s complexity. My current daring fragrance I have in my collection would be a-men by Mugler. It’s very robust and loud in the opening and stays like that for quite sometime. I enjoy the dry down better as it mellows down to a more sweet, dark, chocolate and creamy scent on my skin. Thanks for the opportunity. Have a blessed day.
I am new to collecting fragraces so I dont have many to chose from. At this time I would say my most daring fragrance is Halston Man Amber. This was a blind purchase I made based off the high recommendation of another frag reviewer here on UA-cam.
That cumin is really prominent. I get the curry thing in general, but the longer it’s studied the “curry” can be broken down and it’s not so curry. Definitely syrupy. I really enjoy this one!
What an awesome video Steve. You are the master. You introduce me to the world of niche. I now have Layton, oajan, herod, jubilation 25, aventus, git, Tuscan leather, noir de noir, tobacco vanille and bleecker street. Which ones should I try next based on your deep knowledge? Appreciate your response my friend and keep educating us.
First, once again great review Steven. And to answer your question my most daring scent would have to be either magie du desert, gold man or a city on fire. Although I do have secretions magnifique, but as you can probably tell I don't wear it.
I would have to say that Bond 9 Manhattan is my most daring scent because even though i like the smell, it does feel feminine, so i have only wore it a couple of times.
My most daring fragrance is Gucci Guilty Absolute. I love that one so much. I'm very interested in this fragrance, I'd be very exited to try my first Amouage fragrance.
Love your reviews, I'm always checking your channel for new reviews. My most challenging fragrance was Epic by Amouage, I thought it was the most awful scent I had ever smelled in my life, and so did my girlfriend. But I said to myself give it a chance and so I did. Now it's one of my favorites out the collection if not my favorite. Now I'm trying to get every Amouage fragrance, I have three in my collection now. I love the Amouage house, it's now my favorite. Now she loves Epic too. Thanks Steven.
Hi Steven im kind of new to the fragrance world and i just want to thx u for bring me to this frangrance world with ur videos. You r the reason why I started to buy more fragrances i also watch ur videos to decide which fragrance to buy during different season. But my fragrance I go to would have to be nautica voyage
I do believe my only what I would call daring fragrance is Thierry mugler's Angel man. I bought it super cheap because it got good reviews on a blind buy... it's not a bad fragrance, and for whatever reason women like it that have approached me, but I would much rather wear something else. It makes me a little sick to my stomach smelling it. Amuage fragrances are a little out of my price bracket. Also no one sells their products around me, so anything from them would have to be a blind by for me. Love your Channel, been watching your stuff for quite a while now and helped you get a few new followers also. You have been a wealth of information... Thank you.
Thanks for the review. I was looking in your channel for the Reflection Man, and I couldn't find it. I'd love to hear your thoughts on such a classic fragrance. The most daring fragrance to me was TF Tuscan Leather. I got a decant and it smelled like cigarretes and charcoal at a first impression! But there was something in there, and I kept wearing it, and I ended up loving it. Not exactly a compliment getter, but one that I enjoy wearing. And actually, a fragrance that reminds me why I started to collect. Best regards,
Great presentation as always. My most challenging fragrance is actually "Canali for Men". I love it so much, it's a leather wrap-around scent, but I find it very hard to wear 'cos no matter how light you spray, it overwhelms you.
Salvatore Ferragamo is quite daring tbh. The smell right off the bat is sooo strong for people around that some will def hate it, even I did it when I first smelled it but the dry down is gorgeous for such a cheap scent.
Great review! it's really interesting to hear how other people experience perfumes. The curry comment is very funny! My most daring fragrance is definitely Caron Yatagan. I blind bought it and didn't really know what to expect. Have a very difficult relation with it. It's very bitter , dry and herbal on me like boiled oak bark with lots of artemisia, but I appreciate it's uniqueness and quality
First off great review!! I've been in the fragrance game for about 2 yrs now thanks to you and Carlos.. I purchased the fragrance black Orchid by Tom Ford ... Very nice smell but very hard to pull off in my opinion.... I appreciate the passion you have for fragrances keep up the great job... Be blessed!!
You've piqued my interest, again. I have a sample arriving tomorrow. I hated Myths to begin with, but then I realised it's actually one of my favourites right now. I can't get on board with the unusual Memoir and the frankly rank Figment, however lol.
My most daring fragrance is certainly Antaeus for men by Chanel. The sharp, animalistic base notes (castoreum and leather) are to die for, but I've been told again and again that it's too "mature" for me. That certainly hasn't stopped me from wearing it ;)
My most daring scent is probably Tom Ford's White Suede, not because it's really a daring scent, but because it just doesnt really suit me or my style, yet, I love it! Congrats on 50K!
Awesome description Steven . First initial spray I smelled black afgano / Gucci intense oud with heavy doze of cumin & freshly roasted dry saffron & after 15 minuets or so it was definitely love for me . It would nice to win this complex masterpiece scent . My daring fragrance has to be black afgano because it is so unique & complex . Houston, Texas is home 🇺🇸
I don't own the most daring frag I've worn, but I have sampled it and it was Gucci Absolute. Initially I hated it. Decided to try it and I must say I really like it.
As someone fairly new to fragrance, I would have to say my most daring fragrance is Jubilation XXV-at least in terms of being more complex than the standard designer fragrances that I started with. I love the quality of Jubilation and am looking forward to trying other scents from this house.
I have this and some other Amouage Samples, they are very complex and i haven't figured them out yet.But this one was one I liked a lot and didn't get much love from other people. In my sking I don't get curry, spices yes,but not curry.I love licorice and labdanum, this deliver and make them candy like and really pleasant with the inmortal and some creamyness of sandalwood and tonka. In my collection not much dare for me (encre noire is my "signature" and people find it daring, not me) but recently I buyed Sex Appeal by Jovan, funky enough... There are some arabian oils i have that are also very daring with the funky musks... Thank you for the review.
Feve Delicieuse, even though I really enjoy the scent a lot, but it come off rather feminine in the first few hours, but the dry down is just to easy to love. Also it last and projects for really long.
lapidus pour homme...it is so daring that it seats on the back of self....the one that i m wearing and it is on daring side -laudano nero.love tt house.thank you for all the videos ,content and giveways
My most daring fragrances are Myths Man by Amouage, Godolphin by PdM, Feve Delicieuse by Dior and Intense Tiare by Montale. I'm not sure if Godolphin and Feve Delicieuse are daring for me, but when i wear them people always says that i smells like bug spray.hahaha For Intense Tiare, the smells is nice but its just too feminime for me. So its kinda daring for me. And for Myths Man, its just daring for me. The opening is the most daring smell that i ever smell, but the drydown is great.
Hello Mr Redolessence! As i’m new in community in fragrances (i have only 2 years of aware experience) i must say my most chalaging fragrance was the oryginal Angel Man. That was my first concious fragrance buy and to be most chalanging. The opening was strange and incredible. The musk was the strangest one and i love it and hate. It was so unconventional but amazing in the same time. After this years it’s still chalanging and i wore it ocassionally. It’s hard fragrance and it’s friendly for others after few hours of ware. I tried creed aventus and don’t take me wrong, it’s good but this is easier type of fragrance. I know it’s dor different occssions but it’s was easier to understand. My environment get use of angel man after many and I mean many uses and occasions. For aventus there was only two occasions and every time i’ve got commplements. I have in my collection bvlgari man in black, mont blank individuel (it was my blind buy and i hate it but suprisingly i’ve got so many commpliments that i stay with it) and Angel Man. I was to ware Calvin Klein Ethernity because of my father loves it when he works in 80s in Canada but the original formula was so different than today. What is my point? Chalanging fragrances differ the enviroment and the people around you and if you are confident and have something to tell then the people seen you different and your scent. Scent is a statement and can be easy to tell but why? We need to chalange yourselfs and the people aprund accordingly.
Notino it is just amazing! Really beautiful presentation! Very interesting notes, nice review like always, trying new stuff is my thing I’m a guy that makes fragrances unique not the other way around! Definitely I’ll try it thumps up 👍 my daring fragrance is Tom Ford Noir extreme very sophisticated and complex in my skin. Peace ✌️
I was wearing Black Afgano today, just one spray on the chest as usual. I sampled Fate Man on the back of my hand in a shop during the day. A few hours later, I ended up very confused. I thought I was smelling Black Afgano on my hand! 😛 Good review. Thanks for pointing out the similarities between the two scents in the dry down.
Compared to you and I would assume most of the other people in the comments, my collection isnt too impressive, but I do have one frag in my mind as a daring one. Ed Hardy's Hearts and Daggers would be my pick due to it's unusual pear top note as well as the absence of a musk in it's inception. This lightens it up to the point where it smells almost like a pear tastes without having a heavily syrupy feel. It's definitely noteworthy and I can count on people asking what I'm wearing
I'm not sure how "daring" it is, but it's definitely potent juice. I'm talking about original Lagerfeld. Love to score an Amouage frag! Great review btw!
My most daring fragrance is one that just arrived in the mail today. At this point it is only available in a 5ml mini flask and is only available when you order the Tauer magazine as an addition to your order. It is strong, inky and a bit funky and I really love it, but my wife thinks it stinks. She thinks it smells like rotting wood mixed with a bit of manure.
I think my most daring fragrance is Van Cleef and Arpels Pour Homme. Im not really a big fan of it overall because it mostly gives an old lady vibe to me. However, there have been a couple of occasions where it has smelled better and garnered compliments.
Daring🤔🤔 I would say Encre Noire Sport. I definitely have to look to see if the weather is going to rainy or gloomy because it gives off that kind of vibe
Oud Imperial by Perris Monte Carlo. Culinary, yet hesperedic caraway seeds, acidic and woody oud, animalic jasmin, damp patchouly and a touch of rubbery labdanum. This one is very chalenging.
I already have a FB of this. Not for beginners. Requires a bit of bravery to wear, and to get past the opening. But Fate fools you into thinking it's more challenging than it really is. I wear a couple of spritzes with a suit and tie to work, and it feels refined and sophisticated. Can equally be worn with 3-4 sprays to a hippie music festival - and also works! It's actually more adaptable and versatile than one might think.
Another classic review buddy. I am trying to truly understand the "whole" daring thing. Not there, just yet. Maybe Black Orchid by TF. I'm liking it more and more. You have never steered my wrong buddy. I truly trust your nose. Thanks my friend for all you do. -Shane
Great review Steven! Personally I do not have very daring scents (the most daring that I've tried but not bought would be Bull's Blood by Imaginary Authors), but would love to try this one!
I’m very new to the fragrance game, but I think my most daring fragrance so far is Bentley for Men Intense, due to it being such a mature scent and I’m pretty young.
Love the videos keep them coming 👍🏻 my most daring fragrance would have to be Tom ford tobacco vanille, very strong and can be overpowering to allot of people.
First! What a beautiful presentation. I love Notino, very professional and affordable. I love challenging fragrances and feel I can pull them off. Context and application are the key. Did I sense a little tongue in cheek with the ability to wear? ;-) My most daring fragrance is Rasasi Faqat Lil Rijal and an honorable mention to Interlude man. Great review. Thank you sir.
Not going to lie to u Steven, you introduced me to Notino and i've been a fan ever since. Living in NJ I get what seems like next day air shipping from them and the prices and clearance allow me to get my nose on a lot of juices and buy gifts for my wife that i otherwise wouldnt get to try. so i owe u a big thanks for that alone. As far as daring, for me, right now the most daring fragrance i wear actually belongs to my wife. I gifted her a bottle of Montale Roses Musk and its so sexy and great on her but for some reason i feel like i can pull it off and man it up a bit when i wear it (in my own mind anyway). i just like the smell a lot its not my usual scent profile, and it gets me out my comfort zone.
I really like your reviews, not only because they are really cool, but also because of your professionalism. That is really appreciated!! My most daring fragrance is Dark Rebel by John Varvatos. I'm very interested in this fragrance, I'd be very exited to try any Amouage fragrance for the first time.
Love and hate Amouage collection, I suggest Tonka imperiale for a daring day out because people will either absolutely hate it or love it there isn’t anything in between for a tonka fragrance. I get many compliments though because it’s so unisex and versatile
Congrats Sir Redolessence for the review... Amouage. To me it's such as try to reach a rainbow. Expensive. My fav Amouage is Beach Hut Men. *u love thai food, Sir? Me too. My favorite is Padprik, TomYum, and Somtam. Hehehe.
Hi!! I would love to try it if you love it! My most daring scent I would say it's Spicebomb extreme (I know it is pleasent and I like it, but it is indeed very strong).
Thanks for sharing, Steve! Since I've always been inside the comfort zone, I have never wore a really daring fragrance, except for one I used like ten years before and can't recall the name. Nowadays the only fragrance anywhere near the edge on my collection is tobacco collection rich/warm/addictive by Zara. Hope I can win this time!
Daring....hmmm, interlude for sure :) great video 👍🏻
Congratulations! You are the winner of the giveaway! Send an email to Steven@redolessence.com to claim your prize!

I’m surprised how much I enjoy this one. Generally, I’m not a fan of cumin, but I do like this fragrance a lot. Definitely pushes me out of my comfort zone! Great review as always, Steven.

My most daring fragrance right now is Byredo Mojave Desert. This house has escaped me this far but soon I will get my nose on some of the very popular bottles. Thanks for reviewing it Steven
Excellent
I’m going to get a bottle of this
Thank you
Andy
Gucci Guilty absolute is a great daring scent, excellent presentation of this gem Steven!
Very good one steven. Une rose chypree by tauer is one of such fragrances
My most daring fragrance is Music Festival by Replica. Patchouli, greens, woods, and cannabis are the main notes on my skin.
Thx for the review, I have Jubilation, Lyric Man and Beachhut from this house and love them. My most daring fragrance is Nishane's Afrika-Olifant.
I love black afgano. So this sounds just like the kind of scent i would like. Thanks for the review Steven
Very Nice review. My most daring fragrance is Grape Pearls from The House Of Oud. It's so good but the sweetness can be overwhelming.
My most daring scent is easily Lalique Encore Noir.. It gets compliments when wearing a suit but in no way is it a gym scent.
Great review...For me zara wood noir is probably my most daring scent very bold and strong ...
I am new to collecting fragraces so I dont have many to chose from. At this time I would say my most daring fragrance is Halston Man Amber. This was a blind purchase I made based off the high recommendation of another frag reviewer here on UA-cam.
Taiwo Reuben i was gunba say that but i really like that one
That cumin is really prominent. I get the curry thing in general, but the longer it’s studied the “curry” can be broken down and it’s not so curry. Definitely syrupy. I really enjoy this one!
Thanks for sharing!
The review is always on point. My daring fragrance is Cigar Black oud. Challenging from the first spray but I wear it cause I’m up to the challenge.

I would have to say that Bond 9 Manhattan is my most daring scent because even though i like the smell, it does feel feminine, so i have only wore it a couple of times.
My most daring fragrance is escada pour homme. Thanks for the very informative review!
My most daring fragrance is Gucci Guilty Absolute. I love that one so much. I'm very interested in this fragrance, I'd be very exited to try my first Amouage fragrance.

Great honest video. I'm curious to try it now. My most daring fragrance is creed virgin island water. Because you kinda smell like sun tan lotion.
My most daring fragrance? Musc Ravageur hands down. Doesn't fit anywhere really, but I love it anyway.
My most daring fragrance I’d say it’s Burberry London! It’s a complicated fragrance. Sometimes I feel like wearing it and sometimes definitely not.
You've piqued my interest, again. I have a sample arriving tomorrow. I hated Myths to begin with, but then I realised it's actually one of my favourites right now. I can't get on board with the unusual Memoir and the frankly rank Figment, however lol.
Sweet review ! My most daring cologne would be "Oud 27" it's not popular by any means but I'm into it
My most daring fragrance is certainly Antaeus for men by Chanel. The sharp, animalistic base notes (castoreum and leather) are to die for, but I've been told again and again that it's too "mature" for me. That certainly hasn't stopped me from wearing it ;)
Thanks for your Review, I purchased it right after I your Vid ended.
P.S. I miss you & Carlos doing reviews together. :)
I continuously come back to this fragrance. Crazy love it but "challenging" is accurate.
Thanks for watching!
Blind bought this from Costco for $99 for 100ml. Love it, funky opening then smooths out in the mid. The dry down is addictive
As someone fairly new to fragrance, I would have to say my most daring fragrance is Jubilation XXV-at least in terms of being more complex than the standard designer fragrances that I started with. I love the quality of Jubilation and am looking forward to trying other scents from this house.
Great review, Amouage is one of my favorite houses. My most out there fragrance would have to be LM's Hard Leather.

One of the few Amouage frags I've not sampled yet. Good take Steven thx
Great review. My most challenging frag not for me but others TF Tuscan leather.

Good review. Thanks for pointing out the similarities between the two scents in the dry down.
For sure!
I own this but have trouble with the opening too. Great review. Thanks
Steven my most daring fragrance is Interlude by Amouage. Love your videos!!
Compared to you and I would assume most of the other people in the comments, my collection isnt too impressive, but I do have one frag in my mind as a daring one. I still have some juice left in a 20 years old Joop Homme bottle. That scent travels faster than light. You can not wear it subtly.
My most daring one is Byredo Pulp. Not a dark one but super unique
I absolutely love daring fragrances. My most daring is Aramis aramis.

Daring🤔🤔 I would say Encre Noire Sport. I definitely have to look to see if the weather is going to rainy or gloomy because it gives off that kind of vibe

my most daring fragrance is vintage Opium for women, it''s a beast
Vi Et Armis BeauFort London and Eaux de Caron Forte are most daring fragrances among the bottles I own.
Great review Steven! Personally I do not have very daring scents (the most daring that I've tried but not bought would be Bull's Blood by Imaginary Authors), but would love to try this one!
Great video my most daring scent is interlude man by amouage
My most daring would probably be encre noir, very interesting fragrance
I’m very new to the fragrance game, but I think my most daring fragrance so far is Bentley for Men Intense, due to it being such a mature scent and I’m pretty young.
The most daring fragrance is oudesire by ajmal. It's a great oud perfume but it's a bit on the heavier side so it's definitely not an everyday perfume
My most daring cologne I wear is the Original Carolina Herrera Men
Love the videos keep them coming 👍🏻 my most daring fragrance would have to be Tom ford tobacco vanille, very strong and can be overpowering to allot of people.
Black Afgano, for a wide margin. Great review!!
Sadly my most daring fragrance isn't too daring , but its not new : Halston Z-14 purchased by my wife yep . Who knows . Great job !
Thanks for the review! I love Fate Man😍,I got a sample last month, and to me this is a bottle worth it!!
Hi Steven! Can you recommend the cheapest way to buy niche fragrances? Luckyscent got an amazing selection, but prices are so high for me.
My most daring fragrance is Layton by Perfums de Marly !
Great video, professional as always!
I think my most "daring" fragrance is Dark Rebel by John Varvatos... I have never sampled any Amouage frags but this sounds intriguing.
Hey Steven. Lovely review. My most challenging fragrance would be Boccanera by Orto Parisi
Congrats Sir Redolessence for the review...
Amouage. To me it's such as try to reach a rainbow. Expensive.
My fav Amouage is Beach Hut Men.
*u love thai food, Sir? Me too. My favorite is Padprik, TomYum, and Somtam. Hehehe.
Great video! My most daring fragrance is Hades Elixir by DUA.
Of course my Favorite daring perfume would be Gucci Guilty Absolute. And Steven thank you for another fabulous review.
For me I just couldnt get passed the opening. Might need to go back and retry.Great review none the less!
My most daring fragrance is Polo Supreme Oud.
Gucci Guilty Absolute is my daring one
Josh Hoke i think it smells a lot like tar, or burning rubber.
daring scent ? The new pure xs . This is so sweet !!
My most daring scent is Mugler Pure Wood
