(hed) derives from Higher EDucation and ellio was correct pe for planet earth or planetary evolution originally. It came from a book the Jah was reading at the time. My suggestion is give those new albums a shot. Personally I think the whole catalog is great and always changing and experimenting. Enjoy brotha!
