I was so confused on question 2, like every one of them are connected to the joestar bloodline, even giorno since he is tecknicly jonathan's son

First one is a bit of a loaded question. If you wanna get technical the answer would be approximately 8 billion because of how Made In Heaven works in bringing everyone to their deaths and then resetting the universe so everyone knows their own fate. Then if you wanna get REALLY technical you could say infinite because of Diavolo and the death loop.
Made in Heaven does not directly kill anyone. Every living thing that makes it to the rebirth of the universe is brought over completely intact.

An argument could be made for Giorno being a Joestar. Yes Dio was the one who had conceived him, but he did so with Johnathon’s body which he had not yet fully merged with. He didn’t even start resembling Dio til later on in his life.
