Lounge Experience ✈️
Our flight was delayed by two hours, but thanks to our American Express membership, we enjoyed complimentary access to a well-equipped lounge. This made the wait pleasant with ample seating, food, and beverages.
Transportation to the Hotel 🚖
After arriving in Phuket, we had to haggle for a taxi, settling on 500 THB instead of the initially quoted 650 THB. Alternatively, using Grab could have been cheaper but involved a bit of a walk with our luggage.

Welcome Drinks: Upon arrival at the Pullman Arcadia, we were greeted with welcome drinks and a seamless check-in process.

What is the name of the room?
Hi! It was an ocean room. I cannot stress enough how convenient this room was compared to many of the other rooms. No need for a buggy to go eat breakfast, restaurant, beach and lobby/taxi. The only thing that is far away is the gym. Some rooms are actually so far away that if you didn't call for a buggy it would be at least a 20 min walk down to the beach and 30 uphill. I was lucky to get upgraded as a platinum member but I would pay more to stay in one of these rooms again.

Can guests swim in the sea there? I saw red flags in your video🚫
Hi! Yes you can swim in the sea and we did too. But we were only allowed to swim between the flags and the lifeguard was really enforcing that rule with his incessant whistling 😅 but there are days when you aren't allowed. I'm not sure if there is another flag they put up though. Water was warm, very clear and they offer surfing lessons down at the beach.
Video would have been 100% better if you weren't chewing your gum 24/7. It was uncouth!
I agree with you 100% 🙈 I didn't even realise it while I was filming and actually edited the worst of it out. But alas I am but an amateur and learning along the way, it is duly noted and shan't happen again!😅
