I love how the prizes are not crazy expensive or over the top, they’re simple yet they are very happy with them. It really teaches all the little ones watching your videos to be appreciative no matter what they receive as a gift and not to set high expectations

You guys need to put the whole body in cold water. It's not that bad. I'm in cold climate and once a week I'm doing cold dips in river. One or two minutes is enough. All the powerful feeling is happening once your chest is under cold water, your heart is working like crazy and when you get out you feel like superhuman. But this is a good start as well, it's all about getting used to it and training your mind you are going to be okey.
In the last challenge Sienna went Down before Mia so Sienna won😮

Heyy. I know you guys most probably won't even notice this but I just wanted to let you all know that I legit love you guys. Life's been pretty hard these past few days and watching your videos comes as a pleasing distraction.
