I was expecting a metallic scented Invictus because of the name, Invictus Platinum, but it smelled completely different and I still liked the scent. The scent is very aromatic, sweet, and woody off my skin. The mint in this fragrance is more herbal instead of the toothpaste mint. This fragrance should have been called Invictus emerald because it's very green like in the scent.
I have only smelled Victory Elixir and own Platinum and of the 2 Platinum is without a doubt my favourite of the 2. The Victory flankers feel like they should be in a gold bar because they smell much more like something like 1 Million Lucky without the plum than a fresh Invictus.

you can easily wear it in your 20s its a fresh + sweet fragrance for growing up sporty / athletic men. And it works on woman they just like it. Definitely nothing for boomer tho. The only fragrances I’ve hated so much I immediately wanted to wash them off: Invictus Spicebomb Night Vision (mind blowingly bad. Whereas Spicebomb Extreme is possibly my fav fragrance) CDNIM Carolina Herrera 212 Men Davidoff Cool Water Intense All too sickly imo.

In my 30s I find them way too sickly and annoying and go for fresher ones in general, with the occasional sweet vanilla one still being nice in winter. So I can see why people like it as I used to. My taste has just changed massively as I’ve got older and tested out a massive range of fragrances now, learning what I prefer. I recently got my old bottles of invictus and 212 out of a cupboard and tried them again, absolutely hated them and couldn’t believe I used to wear them as I just find them so cloying now. Most will like them so I accept I’m an anomaly.

If people want a beast mode fragrance and like the fruity notes that one has, it’s a great pick. It’s totally not for me, but I can imagine a lot of people would enjoy it.

Invictus Victory owner here: It is a very strong amber that dries down into a rich vanilla. Not like it’s other flankers
It smells good after a while but the top note is too strong and chemical it gave me headaches, that’s why I returned mine
