Three years ago Alabama legalized medical cannabis. Mississippi made it legal in 2022. The big difference - Alabama's program remains stalled, while medical cannabis in Mississippi has been available since January 2023.

Alabama has not been able to get their program even started in the last 2 years. Their program also does not allow for any smokable form of THC. I feel bad for the patients that need this medicine in Alabama
