Is there enough room behind the seats to fit a slimline battery? Interested to know how much space is back there. I can't seem to find much on it. I've still got 6 month wait until mine arrives :(
i believe there is, join some facebook groups as i have seen people post there systems in them
What about the side door pockets? Are those useful? I don't have mine yet so I can't really say one way or the other.
The door pockets in my opinion are actually quiet large, and i think i will end up storing junk in them because they are a good storage space...hahah
also if there are other areas that you think would be helpful to review for people just let me know and ill try and make a video on it
@@TheInsightDistrict I'm not sure if you're very knowledgeable when it comes to the engine but engine related stuff would be interesting. Tips and tricks about driving the car maybe with all those fancy features. Would love to know where the diff breathers are snorkeled to and if aftermarket diff snorkels would be worth using. I'm also into 4x4 stuff so I'm always keen to see it doing some off roading if you are :)
I’ve had my x terrain for 12 months now and I’m considering getting a Ranger. The 2 keys for the canopy sucks for a top of the range Ute it’s really no practical. Rear seat belts have been recalled once and again now the don’t retract properly.
Centre storage box button is sticky like previous models.
sorry to hear you have had those issues with yours, ive been lucky enough to not have any issues.. Rangers are good though so you wont be disappointed if you go down that path
Rangers have turbo problems bent fins good luck dealing with ford
Pretty unremarkable seats. Other than the stupid loop thing they seem to be the same as any other back seats... anyway good to see you are enjoying the car. What's the first mod?
probably something minor like window tint, i have floor mats and door scuff plates on there way. im going to be doing a video of how im going to be installing my rear drawers in this ute as well. dont know what order im going to be doing the in
@@TheInsightDistrict so no big ticket items? I would honestly suggest getting the Ryco catch can and fuel filter kit that's specific to the Dmax, if they have been released yet.
The big ticket items will come, just need to save up for them. I plan on decking this out completely so its just a matter of time
@@TheInsightDistrict if there was 1 thing I wish I had done earlier it would be the catch can and secondary fuel filter... just saying you should look into it as a priority. Around $500 for the kit

How tall are you ? How much head space is there ?
Im 170cm tall, and there is plenty of head room above my head
Awesome , thank you . Husband and son are 6” and 6”2 tall and 13yo son not far off being that tall as well so we needed to know if it would suit our family needs
@@natasha6836 i have my seat up high, and there is plenty of room above my head, but id say go to your closest dealership and mess around with the seats in the demo vehicle if your unsure, because that way you know if height is going to be an issue or not. I personally think the seats are great
