- I have now been living here in Costa Rica for three years and I have learned a lot and been through some major life challenges in this 3 years. We will look at 12 ways my life has changed living here in Uvita Costa Rica. We talk about twelve things that are different in my life since moving to Costa Rica.. Congratulations Señor Ed! Having known you personally these past 2 years, I can attest to much of what you said. You are much happier, positive and more inner strength than you had in the time I’ve known you. Your exercise routine, the activities you’re involved in are far more than what I do, but you are right, this place makes you healthier.
Thanks Don, I know we both have benefited greatly from the change in lifestyle from the North American days. Costa Rica has been a great place to start a new chapter for a lot of us.

I have the same eye issue. Red eyes. It is very embarrassing.
It hardly ever happens to me here in Costa Rica, but when i was working in a dry office in the winter time it was a regular thing. One eye at a time, so one crazy eye😜😅
