What an amazing meal! I'm from Chile in South America and my grandfather used to make lamb on a spit as well and it was one of my most favorite meals done outside with no forks, just knives and our hands! Hands for sharing your country's customs, they bring back many memories.
It is a pleasure to watch this family together. Being respectful of each other. All taking a part in sharing the cooking cleaning and company of each other. Silence is golden. I still haven't figured out what Muslim country it is but I love their food and how they make use of almost all the animal being eaten. Hola, saludos desde Tacna-Perú. Mis respeto a esta linda familia tan unida, solo faltan unas risitas en todos los videos y explicarnos sus deliciosas preparaciones. Me encanta la cocina grande bien organizada con horno-parrilla a leña y equipo para asar carnes, por primera vez gracias a Uds. no sabía como asar carnes con esa maravillosa maquinita que gira. Felicitaciones a esta familia por compartir sus preparaciones. Cada país del mundo tiene sus costumbres en la culinaria. En el video al servir la comida es clásico muy particular en casa por lo que comen las cebollas chinas enteras crudas y tomates picados grandes sin sazonar...me sorprendió un poco de humor cuando el chef comía la cebollita cruda jejeje. En mi país comemos las ensaladas crudas todas bien picaditas y sazonadas con limón sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva. En lugar del pan comemos papas sancochadas y el infaltable salsa picante de rocoto. Con las cebollitas chinas preparamos un "chimichurri" combina bien con las parriladas y asados de cualquier carnes. Nuevamente gracias y feliciones por compatir sus videos, para mí es muy novedoso las preparaciones en carnes y pasteles al horno a leña y asador. les deseo muchos éxitos y bendiciones para toda la familia.
Me encanta la abundancia, y generosidad del compartir los alimentos, los dulces, los tes, los animalitos todo es maravilloso bendiciones desde Cartagena Colombia.

I was wondering if you could also put the ingredients and recipe in English as “Subtitles” or in the “Description” section of the video. The silent video is difficult to follow. As mentioned in a comment it would be good if you and wife spoke in your language and the transcript was translated in English……It would be very kind on your part to spreading these recipes and ingredients in English😀/other common World languages. This would encourage people to making these amazing dishes at their homes. Thank you much for putting this video together - I imagine a lot of work goes into this and is so very much appreciated. Thank for teaching me how to prepare a lamb on the spit..I was raised on lamb..we had it once a week..lamb is not eaten in the USA as much as other meats..Lamb is my favorite rudiment meat..I pray for you and your family as you honor the LORD by living life with great respect and Joy..I pray many many blessings to you and your family..forever

Outstanding! Excellent technique to dressing the lamb for the rotisserie. I haven’t ever seen it done like that before. Using the fore legs to close the stomach and crossing the legs using the tendons. Wow and wow!

Took a long time, but, it was really satisfying to see how well the meat was cooked, and enjoyed by the family, I am a vegetarian, but, that was very very nice to watch, especially the way he prepared it for the spit, including the marinade
