Porter is definitely on my list of carriers to try out when I go to Canada next! Love that Embraer is able to deliver more of its great E-Jets as of recent!
New York JFK is only 45 mins away and I fly there frequently so I can't wait to see the new terminal. There are also more terminals than just 6 under construction so it messes up the whole sky train system. Also it is a great pleasure to go through it now since other terminals have already been redone but it will probably be better when they finish the other terminals but so far it's good! Keep up the great videos! I love them. -@aviationmaster5yt
I have to send APOLOGIES. I thought I was subscribed but I looked and it was no longer so. This IS your vocation BUT at a bigger level. Obviously I pressed the "SUBSCIBE BUTTON". UK based not Oz, not related but this is the best place to keep up to date, in my opinion.
I'd like to see US carriers coming back to MAN/EGCC. The only North American carrier atm is Air Transat, but currently there are operators to the US. Aer Lingus, Virgin & Singapore are the only schedule carriers. I'm sure there must be capacity for one, Jet Blue on an A321 Neo to Boston, JFK ?
Excuse me for pointing out that the news here is a little boring today. However, to brighten things up & according to Reuters, the Chinese are about to order 100+ widebodies from Airbus, (A330neos) subsequent to a meeting between Macron and Xi Jinping last month. Also press reports indicate Airbus have taken 20 orders in May for the A330neo, from an undisclosed customer. That's according to the monthly order and delivery report produced by Airbus, as reported online. I know no more, please update with reply if you hear more. Biman have done another u turn and their board and Government have agreed to purchase 10 A350s, but this changes so often, I'll believe it only when Airbus get the deposits........
hopefully the new are lingus lounge will be better than the dublin one as that's a complete embarrasment with zero comfort, non existent f&b selection & terrible location
WOW Malaysia airlines bought a lot of new old planes! Slow day when you talk about terminal move 2 years away. And how you need to put all these plane pieces together before it can fly 🤔
That's what many people think about the B777X, just another outdated Tin Goose, when the trend is to go for lighter, carbon composites. However, in making that comparison between the A330neo and B777X, at least the 330neo is relatively cheap, as befitting old tech, whereas the 777X is monstrously expensive 😀😀, and not even available to airlines until sometime in the future. So glad you feel self satisfied about that......... edit: sp

A superb dose of aviation news as always.
Aer Lingus needs new aircraft not just a move to a different lounge/terminal
