God I love Andrew’s jiujitsu. There’s nothing passive about his grappling.
Buzzsaw baby! Love his style.
Strong judo fundamentals
Explosive scrambling and passing ability, yet awesome in his gaurd, spider guard. Has awesome cardio, flexibility and mobility. Always attacking, love his game.
That dummy sweep attempt to a single leg setup and takedown at the end was just beautiful!
Here's a seminar Andrew did a while ago on this exact topic: ua-cam.com/video/7yDJV2dnk40/v-deo.html
Andrew never fails to impress me, such awesome Jiu Jitsu on display from both!
The black wizard!!! Shazam!!! he passes ur guard!!! Abra cadabra!!! he’s on your back !!!
Hocus pocus!! he’s choking you!! Wingardium leviosa!!!! Your soul rises out of your body!!!!!
😂😂😂 Wiltse the Wizard
Incredible display of grappling from both competitors!
Thanks for checking it out! Both athletes are high level 👌🏼 never shared the mat with Andrew but Pierre put the work on me a couple years back lol
@@subspectrumbjj I bet! Both these gentlemen look absolutely lethal. Their patience and transitions were really impressive and man, that scramble game is next level.
Love bjj this shit is on another level
Exciting!
The chess match analogy is overused, but once you have event a basic knowledge of what is going on, you can definitely apply the chess comparisons.
Chess where...
Cut through that guard like butter 1:25
Buzzsaw passing!
Yeah, his passing in on another level...
Andrew's awareness on the armbar opportunity at 12:57 is some serious next level shit! His jiujitsu and commitment is inspiring.
He’s one of the best in the world for a reason!
@J S I don’t agree. If Andrew could have finished the submission - he would have. Pierre is a tremendously good grappler with great escapes and that’s what we saw here. He was able to turn his thumb down and roll out at the perfect moment to escape Andrew’s attempt. With $1,500 on the line - I promise you Andrew wasn’t pulling shots. That’s a lot of Victory Panda 😂
@J S Fair enough. Again, thank you for watching the video and dropping comments for the algorithm! 🤘🏼
Looks like he went for omoplata and Pierre-Olivier rolled out of it. Is it possible to transition from failed omoplata to armbar? i don't know.
@@subspectrumbjj one reason conditioning...all his opps gas...accept 1
Awesome
Thanks for checking it out!
Success, and Panda Express!
Victory Panda! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 appreciate you dropping a comment for the UA-cam algorithm 🙌🏼
good shit
Thank you! 🙏🏼
Andrews a beast
so sick to get to watch a match with good camera work and no hywell Teague
He was in the comment section during the livestream tho lol
Thank you so much for the kind words!!
Lol, they didn't know who Wiltse was yet.
Who is they? Pretty sure everybody there knew who Andrew Wiltse was lol we certainly did.
@@subspectrumbjj "They" as in the people who ranked him #15 lol.
@@Analplata Ahhh I got you lol to be fair I think he only had a handful of black belt matches at this time. But we truly believed we had to two best 185 lbers on the planet on the mat that night when Andrew and William stood across from each other and it’s looking more and more like the truth every Fay!
Hey guys! What's the name of the music in the background? Thank you for information! 🙏🙏
What's the background music?
Random “Hip Hop Instrumental” playlist on UA-cam.
Pretty clear who was better
4:52...Is it my imagination or does his opponent look like ANDREW with a beard??
Pierre made that thing jump 0:21 & 0:37 did a lil twerk! 😍♥️🔥
Why do people even bother pulling gaurd against Andrew
Passing his guard is no easy task either. And these competitors probably see leg attacks as a potential route to victory against Andrew since that is maybe the one area where he isn’t quite as well versed as everywhere else. Not saying that’s an easy task either - just that it might be seen as their best chance to win. Just my thoughts.
@@subspectrumbjj who wins Austin Baker or Andrew? I am thinking Andrew
It always bother me seeing two high level guys compete on a tiny ass mat. It's dangerous and takes away from the match. Two steps and they are already on the edge.
This mat was like 26x26 feet lol not exactly small.
I promise you, no matter the size of the mat, the athletes will find the edge.
Jesus.
Conditioning again...wears them down.
Andrew is refining jits. He’s like the Bruce Lee of jits. Keep what works and needed, discard the rest. I do wonder if any of the pedigo/daisy fresh guys are from Brazil. I can’t stand when the entire time is yelling the Brazilian “haaaeeey.” Cmon dudes you’re a bunch white Americans. We can think of our own chant can’t we?
Andrew Wiltse needs to get into the UFC.
Yeah Idk what hes doing. The guy would be a problem. I honestly think he could leave a print on the sport. It's a different level of grappling from anything I've seen in ufc. Hes unreal.
@@loverofhumanity bro, I'm saying. He'd be a monster.
And unlike a lot of the other jj people that went mma, he doesnt focus on gi exclusively.
@@fullimetal7581 I think he was saying he used to do mma but stopped because he doesn't like getting hit in the head lol
His passion is bjj, he did MMA and was very good, but he is world class in bjj too. Also I don't think Andrew wiltse needs head trauma to make his mental health even worse
I think he would dominate khabib in a grappling setting that’s how good he is
Little judo trip there at the end of regulation time
What is this? Olympic wrestling? Jiujitsu? What?
No-Gi submission grappling AKA Jiu Jitsu
Where was the stripper pole? Ghet toe
Shut up loser.
