I always see people say nattsu is overpowered with power of friendship. Lemme remind you Natsu is a FUCKING DEMON, and the strongest of all. That proves gajeel's strength in this arc, which was comparable to natsu's. Even when natsu was powered up with rage or eating fire (which for me, seemed like for plot reasons, natsus boost was wayyy higher than gajeel, when should be the same).
I remember first watching this after reading the Manga and I never really liked the magic circles showing for their dragon magic, to me it was more like a primitive form of magic that came from the user and not circles.
