Bathing a dog at home isn't always easy so in this video, I break down each steps from bathing, drying and brushing a labradoodle at home and share some of my tips to make it enjoyable for both dogs and owners.

Is it healthy for the dog's coat to bathe every two weeks? Can you give me reasons why 'every two weeks is important'?
It depends on your dog’s breed and activity and it could range from once a week to once every few months! I like to bathe Leo every other week because of his fur that collects a lot of dirt and dust when he plays outside. It’s okay to bathe them as long as you use gentle mild soap and wash away thoroughly ☺️ I also use some conditioner or detangler to help with the fur

The cowboy cream is a dentangler & shine you can apply which helps to condition the hair and make it shiny when brushing

It is 'questionable' why a current or future dog owner would not already know these 'basics' of having a dog!.
That was 'precisely' my point . ("not already knowing these basics").
Lets not, get this 'twisted' in relation of /or not the benefit of using a 'Dyson' hair dryer! ....has a necessity etc.
From the perspective of an owner who has owned 4 different breeds (including a Chocolate Labradoodle) if anyone is planning to own any dog and 'have' done their basic research then the rest is common sense.
Let's also remember 'those' people who have done all their so called 'research' purchased a dog then 'simply' given up the dog because they couldn't cope.
My narrative would be ie, if someone is proposing to have a child you can do all the 'research' that you want but like a dog it never turns out has it is written.

We are in Florida, our Labradoodle will swim for a while retrieving a toy I throw into the pool. After about 30 minutes of this I give her a bath in her Booster Bath on the patio, I'm old and not having to bend over is great. She also does the zoomies then I dry her off. She is such a great dog.

Thank you. If you have licky mats, they stick to the tub or tile. You can put your peanut butter on that instead of the tub. The oil from peanut butter can sometimes stain your grout.

How long does this take in total?
It takes around 30 minutes and can get shorter over time but it takes practice!
