      963. 964. 969. Models, engine oil, oil filter and fuel filter change, depends on the indicator display. The dashboard will tell you also how many hours or miles left before the service due warning comes on dash.

    hi just bought a flooded Atego OM906, cleaned it all and engine is switch on but engine dont rev when pressing the accelerator, any possible fault?

      Can be many things, needs scanning and reading the faults codes, this will guide you to the right direction for further diagnosis, without faults codes you will waste too much time checking the wrong things

    Hi bro! The most common cause of this fault is a air leakage that is making the compressor overworking causing condensation on the air drier. Start the engine build the air to max switch off the engine put ignition on and listen for air leaks 1 with hand brake on brake pedal off. 2 with hand brake on brake pedal fully pressed. 3 hand brake off brake pedal fully pressed. 4 hand brake off brake pedal off (use chokes). If you cannot hear nothing another very common air leak is from turbo waste gate valve, with the engine running you will hear it from under off side front wing. Once repaired the leaks or you are sure there’s none need remove the air drier filter and leave the engine running for 20minutes clean the air drier filter house from water with compressed air or absorb it with towels, if the air drier filter is dirty replace it or you can put back the old one applying oil on the o-ring before screw back. The only problem after that needs reset the air drier maintenance and for do that I use xentry diagnostic machine... I suggest for you to find the air leak and fix it first then ask some garage with diagnostic equipment to reset the air drier maintenance they cannot charge you more than 1/2 hour for that.. let me know if you find anything I’ll will help you..

    Hi bro how are you im from Saudi Arabia I have mercedes actros Euro 6 1843 Truck have some problem display cluster showing Error Code:(Condensation in compressor air reservoir):i change all so new air compressor but still have error code please help me.thank you

      Hi bro! the most common cause of this fault is a air leakage that is making the compressor overworking causing condensation on the air drier. For find it start the engine build up the air on tanks to the max, switch off the engine put the ignition on and listen for leaks (1) with hand brake on and brake pedal off, (2) with hand brake on and brake pedal fully pressed, (3)with hand brake off and brake pedal fully pressed, (4) with hand brake off and brake pedal off in all those stages give listen carefully along chassis, next to brake chambers, and brake pedal valve on front of the cab. for cause this fault the air leak should be big and easy to hear, air leaks can be from seat, steering adjuster, and another very common for your vehicle is from turbo waste gate valve, you can hear it with engine running putting your head next to the off side front wing. or unless the tractor unit been plugged to a trailer that was leaking a lot from somewhere causing the fault. only once repaired the air leak, unless you are 100% sure there are none must remove the air drier filter and leave the engine running for at list 20 minutes, then switch off the engine and clean the air drier filter housing from water with compressed air or tissues, if the air drier filter is dirty replace it or fit back the old one, the fault will remain on dash also if you plug off the batteries for 1 day, the only way to get ready of it is RESET AIR DRIER MAINTENANCE and carry out AIR DRIER PURGE for do so I use Xentry diagnostic machine, I already did try in the past with Actia multi dialog and Delphi without any success probably a Bosch will do it or once repaired the leak or making sure there are none bring the vehicle to someone with those diagnostic tools and ask for air drier maintenance reset, they can not charge you more than 1/2 hour for that prestige, let me know If you find anything and for any question I will help you, sorry for the late answer yesterday I thought I did reply but my comment went in this video and not to you... good luck..

      Hi brother! Thanks for the compliment.. for the low oil pressure the most common problem is the oil pump just stop working, it happens also with very low mileage engines. Isn't easy diagnostic that type of problem, need remove oil pressure sensor and check oil pressure with a pressure tester so the sensor can be excluded. For high mileage engine or with poor maintenance can also be the crank or cams bearings worn, for prove that draining and filtering the oil you should find metal traces. About clutches needs at least a ecm scan and see what kind of faults codes are active on the control module, otherwise you risk to remove the gearbox for nothing...

      Hi Nutulescu. If you have a 470 engine yeas is the same but if you have a 473 engine you should follow the instructions of my video >

      I'm so sorry I just realised 936 engine is the engine type that fit to ategos (but 4 cylinders 934) the 970/10.6 ltr. 971/12.8 ltr. 973/15.5 ltrs. Those are for Actros. Arocs. Antos. So yeas same procedure
