Yeah like once you unlock all the flowers through trading or nooks cranny you unlock Leifs shop and he’ll sell all of the flowers, fertilizer, saplings, seasonal bushes, and maybe even shovels and axes
I wear my wetsuit but I use the wand to make it look like I'm wearing a regular outfit when I'm not swimming. I also change into some type of sleepwear before logging out at night because it makes me smile to see my character emerge from her house in her pjs and slippers
With the burps and sneezes this truly felt like authentic chill time with a friend hahaha. Incredible. (Also, I've noticed the slow inventory opening too. Plus a new bug where a thought bubble pops up momentarily 95% of the time after I chat to a villager)
I thought the inventory loading time was just me being impatient but I think you're right. It's like when you stop moving you have to wait a tiny second to open it which you didn't before!

Love your Animal Crossing series, I've been watching it since day 1! Personally, I preferred it without the webcam up, it is a bit distracting from the overall mood/vibe. I think the webcam is definitely a MUST during streaming tho since it is so interactive. :D
I also use your flower breeding, it’s very detailed and i finished all the flower catalog. One tip though, you dont need to water flowers that don’t have any partners yet. It saves time and energy (shoveling random unneeded flowers lol) 👍🏻👍🏻

I discovered when Redd shows up and if you time travel forward a day get the art you already bought from him, then travel back when he shown up and you can buy another art from him..and repeat that method..for me it's alot easier then waiting for him to arrive like once a month and only buy one art..if you don't time travel this could be the exception to get more art

I thought you were supposed to plant flowers in a checkerboard pattern for them to breed easier? Does that not matter? Like do they breed just as easy when they're next to each other like yours are?
It turns out that the checkboard pattern isn't the best if you're trying to breed bc you end up with a lot of clones compared to other set ups. The pattern he's using is (I think) isolated pairs, which is better bc you end up with more breeds compared to clones, and it saves space bc you can mix the flower types. Hope this helps :)
I agree on the inventory too! I thought maybe it was my joycon even though I just got it but the inventory does a delay. I sometimes have to press the button twice
the guaranteed npc's for the week were leif, kicks, and sahara. I'm honestly glad they changed it. I had gulliver on my island 3 times since starting in the beginning of april and rarely ever saw flick or redd

The npc bit was interesting. I don’t watch animal crossing videos, nor do I look much up about the game, so I didn’t realize you had such a small percentage for certain npcs to visit you. I guess that explains why I’ve logged on almost every dingle day since I bought the game in mid April and have only seen CJ one time at the very beginning. I saw him the day before the fish off and the day of, but god I wish I would’ve gotten him before I sold all my oarfish like 2 months ago

My real problem is I have many villagers that I absolutely love and they surpass 20 ( 10 each island ). So its hard for me to decide who stays lol.
You are way better than I am. I am still working from home and I have to start my shift at 8am so I wake up at like 7:55 lmao but I also stay up until like 1 am so that's probably my problem haha.

It seems my inventory opens slower if it is full. But the mail...sometimes I get a "hang on" message for 5-10 seconds! Absolutely no proof, but it feels like my fish spawn rate has slowed significantly as well.

About the webcam, I don't think it's weird to have it when you aren't talking. When you aren't talking I just watch the game, but when you do talk I occasionally look up, it's just nice to be able to see your expressions while you're talking to understand what you are saying better, like if you are sarcastic or so, if that makes sense?

Speaking of the update, is anyone else seeing random text pop up after speaking with a villager? It'll usually say something like, "what's next?" or "what to do?" as if they want to move or give you something. No other villager is there but the text just randomly pops up and then disappears as you finish speaking to the villager.
The game definitely has been a little buggy with some things, so you're not wrong. Really enjoy these vids and don't know why I hadn't subbed sooner! I like watching while playing. Thanks for sharing.

I got my purple windflowers by breeding two blue windflowers together. You could try that if you're not getting the reds to get you one.

As someone who hunted for villagers extensively, using the campsite method is much more effective with getting the villagers you want.
Especially because you can still do it even when you have 10 villagers
