- This video is the 3rd of a series of EUC video footage that was taken on a 25 day hiatus to the west coast during the months of June to the early part of July. During this hiatus, my travels encompassed Los Angeles, California; Portland, Oregon and various cities in Washington state. Everyday brought with it challenges that I would not trade for anything. In my recordings of my travels, it is my hope I captured the vibe of these rides in a way you, the audience, can relate to to some degree. So sit back and enjoy!

Same here, mate. I got to do group rides in NYC when I visited and I miss it. I'm the only one in N. Cali with an EUC and it's pretty lonely.
I will say, though, I am a bit of a celebrity in my small town because of the EUC, so there's that. 😉
Hooking up with other enthusiasts has it's benefits.
@@meuconmyeuc1337 I live in a pretty big area, yet all I see are are few scooters and occasionally a onewheel, and yeah I feel like a celebrity also, some people randomly come up to me and see they see me ride from time to time, pretty cool feeling.
We have a mixed group that we ride with. Love it!! Those unicycles are so wild to me!! I ride an esk8, simulates a snowboard for me. Have fun and be safe!

As an EUC rider, driver, and Portlander it's very frustrating to see quite a few of those guys need to ride on the right side of the road.
I get it and understand. I cannot speak for others, but as I record group rides I do travel in the opposite lane to capture shots, but not if there are cars moving toward me or occupying the lane I'm overtaking.
Gotta say, this is one of the best euc group rides.

Riding like that you are going to get them banned for everyone and then cry "whytheybannedthough?". You are blowing through stop signs, jumping curbs, riding in oncoming lanes and so on. What do you think the cops are going to do when they see this on the regular?
The thing about the universal laws of the United States is that they are not unilaterally enforced the same in each jurisdiction. Trust and believe., what goes on in Seattle will have no bearings on what goes on in another state. Just saying.
@@VeeEUC sure ... for a time. First they will get banned in the big cities, people will lose their expensive EUC when it gets confiscated. Then it will spread to medium sized cities. Then you will only be able to ride them in small towns and around rural roads. We are in a gray area right now, EUCs arent regulated and arent limited by speed/power like ebikes, but as their popularity and numbers grow they will get noticed. Now imagine that some lawmaker decides to do some research on the thing, they log into youtube and see ... this. Imagine how fast the ban hammer will fall, especially considering how its currently unregulated, no insurance, no license, no power or top speed limitation..m

EUC Mates - Nice vid, but please if you must run stop signs at least don't show it. The cops jobs is enforcement and I'd be totally bummed if they made our fun illegal.

That one guy that’s rolling without enough protection , that would make me not wanna roll with the group because he’s an accident waiting to happen and I don’t like seeing blood. The only thing he’s got on is a freaking bicycle helmet ? GTFO
There should be a mandatory rule with every group ride, full body protection, or no go. Head wrists, knees, hands and elbows.
West Coast lives the best lives compared to East Coast...... I miss California for the views, weather and things to do but not the dumb politics there.
