Why do all these kitchens and bathrooms look the same in almost every 'renovation', it's like they have one catalogue and they all choose the same thing. The 'boutique hotel' look has as much to answer for over time as the destructive 1970's ! A beautiful house and a bland expensive bathroom and kitchen, zero character. Maybe that's what money wants these days. Sorry !
Only once saw really fine kitchen after renovation. Based on 700 houses reserch last 2 month. It's really hard to find family house even when you have nice budget((
