I watched Fish and Trips video today. The level of excitement his videos bring is night and day. He falls, loses gear, loses fish, all things I do. 😂😂😂. To see your approach on the same day is humbling. I fancy myself a decent fisherman but your skill is on a different level. Great video Mark. I aim to one day be as good as you.

Hey Mark, I bough the Bates OG, I’m really enjoying it, and it’s true. You have to keep on dialing it in. Also, I’m glad you make the switch from the GoPro’s. I have the DJI Osmo 4 and it’s such an incredible upgrade. Tight lines!

I enjoy seeing you fish. I'm a newbie when it come to fishing. I'm saving up for a kayak to go fishing. I live in Texas City and I fish off the TC Dike. Seems like I have problems in my fishing but I will master it someday. I'm looking at the Old Town Loon 126 angler. It holds 2 rods. Might be good for a starter yak. Plus I'd keep it as a tour yak even when I'm looking for a better kayak.

Even though the main channel is deep enough, you still cant see it and they can change frequently. Also as your caption said in the video, the other guy was in the way and shouldn't have been in the channel if he knew a boat was coming, which is not hard to tell as you stated, "here he comes back" in the video. I understand that you are in a kayak and he's in a boat and wakes are bad for kayaks, but he has to do wheat he has to do to not get stuck.
