It really makes you think about all the shit we take for granted. I recently read a book called "The Hiding Place". It was about a woman that helped jews and was sent to a concentration camp. They were very religious but they even learned to be thankful for the fleas in the buildings. They were able to still be humans and have "fun" during the night since the guards hated fleas and refused to come inside. All it takes sometimes is a little different perspective
