Thanks for sharing this! Very insightful. Although i reside in Canada , i can relate to a lot of this. I grew up in the restaurant business along with my entire family. It opened the doors for numerous opportunities and taught me plenty of life skills i apply to this day in some shape or form in my current employment. Sadly these diners are slowly disappearing from the food scene here where i reside. I can recall less than a hand full that are still operational.
