It started going clockwise in the summer of 2008. You could always record it going backward (to keep the same position as this video) and play it in reverse.
anindra pratama. Maybe. The Landsdowne was a RR ferry turned into a floating restaurant. I think those two cars came from CN, but they may have been Milwaukee originally.
@@Bedroomeyze : OK, that's good to know but Highland Park and Hamtramck are surrounded by Detroit. Highland park is dangerous I know. I am sure there are some nice parts of Detroit like you said but overall Detroit has a crime problem. That cannot be denied. When I used to visit the retail outlets even in the suburbs there were so many security cars patrolling - a clear sign of the crime rate.I visited Great Lakes crossing, Southfield movie theater .... all the same - Detroit's crime spreads out!

Thanks so much for uploading this.
I rode the people mover when it was free in 1987, it was the same direction as the video with the Detroit River to the right.
The cobo center still looks the same after so many years wow.
The renaissance center didn’t have the band at the top back then.
wow, so much has changed. And the original announcer was the best.
It has been quite a few years since I have ridden it. Was thinking I should do a before/after video, but I guess they go the other way now.

Most of them were probably at home recovering from gunshot injuries ...

@@Bedroomeyze : OK good, back when I drove by there on my way to Hamtramck it was a dark gangster town ...
