10 Wins is the bare minimum, and an ACC appearance is the floor. It's really an 11 win season or bust. There SHOULD only be 4 teams on the schedule that have a chance to beat Miami. Those are Florida, VT, Louisville, and FSU. So, 10-2 is going 2-2 against those 4. The truth is, it will feel sickening losing to any of those schools knowing we have a better roster than everyone on our schedule. I'm with Big Homie. It really needs to be a 12 win season. The fanbase will go crazy losing to Florida or FSU. So, if Miami beats UF and FSU, we won't be happy losing to VT and/or Louisville knowing they aren't as good as UF or FSU. That's why 12 wins needs to be the goal, but 10 wins are the minimum.
