What a brave woman, i cant even enter dark places, or go to a house where one household has recently died, and there so goes embalming at past midnight..
"Learn to take life less seriously" this is really controversial statement but at the same time very true. You could be very successful or live a healthy life and reduce the possibilities of early death. But you cant be 100% in control of yr future and one day you could just die from accidents or illnesses. Live life with a thankful heart and treasure the people ard you. Spend time with yr love ones and not over prioritise yr work. Stay safe and healthy whoever is reading this ❤
So agree. Life is too short to worry about everything that's what I have learn in life when I was working overseas away from home. This woman is very brave to do this job. I'm gonna be emotional while doing this job not good for me.
"Learn to take life less seriously" - This statement is very much meaningful after my mum passed away a few years ago. Life is uncertainty and learns to be humble and nice.
One of my career goals. I wished to be part of a life’s last point & make it a beautiful event for the person, & also the person. You’re having one of the awesome jobs, Sarah. I respect you!
Yeah Kylie..Sarah's video was exceptional..I have no fear whatsoever of the dead (obviously it's more the living you need to be afraid of)! When my mum was released from hospital to the funeral home, after a post-mortem I couldn't wait to take her purple clothes over, and then be left on my own to do her makeup, plus purple streaks in her hair, because she still is such a vibrant character..My Mum Jean...RIP!! Carry on doing your beautiful job Sarah! X😇🥰
Call me simple, when I die I just want to buried in the ground without a coffin, just slowly disintegrate & be part of the ecosystem. I don't want to burden my family with unnecessary cost for embalming, fancy coffin, funeral etc. I just want everyone who cared about me to move on.
SHE DOES A.ECCELLENT JOB, HARD JOB TO DO, AND EXCELLENT AT IT! LEAVE HER ALONE!! DO NOT WATCH! WORKED AT HOSPITAL FORTY YEARS, AND WITH THE. ICU ....AROUND DEATH EVERY DAY, SOMEBODY WE ALL HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT, AND GREAT WE HAVE PEOPLE CAN TAKE CARE OF OUR LOVE ONES WITH RESPECT!!!
Haha.. she is so pleasant while sharing her amazing and interesting stories. I remember i had to work overtime alone in our office to meet the deadline, it was quiet and almost till midnight.. i had to play media, music or play some movies just to be not scared... but Sarah had a more intense experience, she was embalming alone around 2am, she did play music too just not to be scared... wow, she is so brave. I was even a little scared working in the office, how much more if i work as an embalmer. Sarah, i really salute you for doing such a noble job. You're great!
Always had mad respect for embalmer. If it was me, I would chicken out but most of it will get emotional seeing the person has left and their final journey 😢
Thank you Sarah for sharing the last part of the client's journey. It must take lots of courage and empathy to do this job. Preparing the body for the last rite and also presenting it as close to the natural look, takes lots of imagination. Your cleaning of the finger's under nail showed that you really want to dress up the client to the best possible way. As you mentioned death comes to anyone be it young or old, fat or thin, good looking or not, the spectrum of the human body...whatever faith you practiced, it must be your anchor and as you go about preparing the body, it is almost like a zen moment where you are giving the client the most respect in preserving their possible last look. be IN the light, be OF the light and BE THE LIGHT
Thank you Sarah what you do here. It’s not bout making big money.. People who do this job not everyone has the guts to do it. It’s Respect.. The dead knows and thankful when they go....I think of my late husband few years ago he died in a tragic accident and my mom just recently 3 months ago..... My brother at the age 61 he works in a funeral parlour and he died peaceful even he has cancer in the lungs. He died doesn’t suffered much less the 2 weeks... Sarah thank you so much for your service. God blessing to you and family🙏💕
Hello Miss Sarah, I salute you taking this job which usually done by elderly ppl in the past, let alone a yong & pretty girl. What Sarah is doing is right particularly the crop is a woman. It the family of the dead person some respect. Wouldn’t you agree, vice versa if the the man should be by a male embalmer to respect both Sarah & the dead person’s family.
She look awesome Her smile has many experiences in life really a brave daring women She can me a great example to many people out there in this world Good job!!!
There is a time for everything ! Me and my wife already agree that we intend to put our ashes into the sea when our time is up. When the Lord call, I know where I am going. Amen !
Yeah the story that she told us right there makes it look like she's enjoying every part of her job. But little do we know how she really feels about it. Jobs like these do take a toll on your mental health especially if done over long periods of your life.
I know someone has to do it, but all this is so stirring to watch... I guess, it's a good thing we are different and our nervous system varies in ability to handle stuff... Sitting there alone and embalming dead body in the middle of the night, definitely would not be a dream for me
She has such caring nature, you can see that she is not only passionate about her work but wants to do the best job possible for the families of the deceased.
It’s an honor to ‘beautify’ the deceased and be with them. I’m sure they’re happy someone is caring about them. I prepared my Grammy. No one else should have.,🙏🏼♥️🕊🌸
I worked in a funeral home years ago. I was training to be a mortician and embalmed many remains myself. Each one was different. It's not a pretty process to make Aunt Peggy viewable. Children were the heart breakers. Anyway, knowing what I learned, I will have a direct cremation. Love to all from Baltimore. ❤
Is it me or is she talking a mile a minute? Putting the speed at 75% helped...it actually seemed to make it seem normal. Anyway, much admiration. It's a job I wouldn't be able to do.

I used to want to be a mortician, but that would be man emotionally hard for me . But I’ll push through
Her job is similar to a doctor job who handle death cases . Is the same u can imagine how a doctor deal with a death bodies.Until u don't know or u don't do it every thing can made us scard , uncertain, discomfort and etc.... once u do it or handle it then every thing will be fine to you . So i believe the same goes to sarah's life and her carrier. Actually dead person they will never move or hurt u , they just lying on the bed like a dolls. But not all the dead bodies the family members can touch them ...it depend on cause of the death. in some cases those who are really money minded person ....they will never be hesitate to do any job whether its a scary job or not which many of them don't like. We can compare to other two jobs which also too scary and discasting job..... one which is working on a very high level from the ground which expose to high risk and the other one is a toilet cleaning job...... do u think they like to do these two jobs ? no never ...they do it all because can earn more money compare to other jobs.Unless if you say that these people are doing it to serve the human being with out expecting any benefit out of that , then we can really salute and respect them for their service which i believe no one will do that. am i rite ?
You can tell when someone is really enthusiastic about their work and embalming can be a very rewarding career, although it's becoming less popular in the UK now, due to the increase in so-called "green burials" and direct cremations. In my fifty year career I've embalmed well over 100,000 cases.
This lady is the definition of a bad ass. I love her enthusiasm when explaining her job. You can definitely tell she loves what she does.

Fear the living people not the dead
You sound like me, and I am a dude 😆
@@albert.2848 Easier said that done. Dead bodies freak me out, even if I know they can't do anything.
She has such a pleasant personality
Thank you. I sincerely am very thankful for your service for the dead.
She’s gorgeous. If she didn’t disclose her profession, would think she’s a beautician.
still a beautician but for the dead.
Well she kinda is, for dead people
i think she's a police woman
Engrish teacher?
Yes. She beautifies the dead
she is beautiful inside out. thank you for your service Sarah.

She’s so pretty
THIS BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IS FANTASTIC!! NEVER STOP SMILING
Young & pretty gal dare to see dead bodies?Later you may meet sex manics ghost then u will be frightened!
