Wow! I had NO IDEA about histamine. I have struggled with endo all my life (officially diagnosed in my late 20's - early 30's) and have had to do so much research on my own because my Dr.'s (including my Infertility Dr.) have been no help in advising me on ways to combat and cope with the daily struggle that is endo. I just turned 40 and have been seeking infertility treatment for the last 10 years with no luck. I just drank a Kefir fruit and veg smoothie with avocado added in. 🤦♀️ I will stop that immediately. 🙅♀️ Thanks for the sage advice!

i suffer chronic hives over 3 years, what helped me most is cut out dairy sugar gluten soya corn and eat low histamine foods, my hives are reduced 70 procent. hopefully it will go one day, that is going on overv 3 years. thanks for sharing amazing video
I was diagnosed with endo when I was in my late 20s, & found out that dairy made it even worse since I’m lactose intolerant. However, I had no signs nor symptoms from my endo. So there was no need for them to treat me. What the doctor told me was to take birth control pills or use a heating pad or hot water bottle. And drink plenty of water. Plus, ginger is good for endo too

I was diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis last month, and I'm only 22 yo. This makes me really sad because this kind of disease is not for less fortunate people like me. All of the treatment, even the natural treatments are not affordable in my case. Fruits and veggies that are good for endometriosis are very expensive. As a carnivore, it’s a hard no for any fruits, veges or vege oil. I’ve had zero pain and inflammation since going carnivore 2019. But the endo remains. So 🤷🏻♀️

I tried keto and the meat actually made my pain especially in my legs worse though my gas went away and bleeding wasn't as much, the pain itself was so bad. I switched to eating more fruits and veggies and little meat, no bad oils, no gluten and dairy etc. My period became very light if I stayed on track and the pain was gone, but my digestion isn't gas free. I'm hoping enough time eating healthy my stomach will finally adapt. So knows, i may have endo on my bowels.

I have not been diagnosed with endo, however I do get some pretty severe cramps every few cycles and it causes my legs to like tense up and I can barely move Bc the cramps are so bad. The crazy thing is that it’s not every cycle, and only one day during my cycle and it’s usually day 3 if I get it. Idk if this makes sense but like it also cause me to feel like I’m freezing. Like I’d be so cold and otc doesn’t work it takes like 3-6 hrs to kick in. I had never thrown up on my period until this past October was the first time and then the second in January and it’s just Bc the cramps were so bad. I also tried to force myself to eat and I had no appetite at all.. my cycles are pretty normal. I don’t bleed heavy, and it’s just a random day on my period. It’s so weird. I’ve tried different things like cutting out dairy and high processed and sugar foods.. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t… maybe this will help? So thanks 😊
I have been experiencing excessive vaginal bleeding since I started having a period at the age of 11. Been hospitalized more than 5 times due to severe anemia, due ofcourse to bleeding. The doctor said I don't have any cyst on my ovary, but I have endemetriosis. Now that I am 30 this year, I still experience the same thing and even worse. 😥🥺
I have been struggling with inflammation issues due to my endometriosis. Now I have been experiencing pain almost everyday. Now I am taking care of my diet and exercise regularly but that sometimes makes it worse. I can be doing a workout and all of a sudden get so bloated. My dr says it’s normal just to use my heating ads and take pain meds. I have been to fertility specialists and they all say I’m good that this won’t prevent me from getting pregnant. I’ve been trying for 5 years now
I have recently found that I have a histamine intolerance as well but never realized that it could be a infertility factor. It makes so much sense! All the hives I get as well as the inflammation is such a pain. Other than eating foods that are low in histamine, is there anything else I can do? Is it okay to take a OTC antihistamine for a long period of time? Also I know every "body" is different but does anyone know how long it can take before the histamine levels go back to normal?
Excellent question. I have this sensitivity myself. The reality is that there are many ways to control this and a proper plan needs to be created to support you. On the right plan, you should see these levels normalize within 2 months.

Maybe it's the meat causing the issue? No fibre equals inflammation. You need a balance. Humans are not carnivores.

Me too, I have heard different diets for endometriosis and honestly quite confused. some say a carnivore diet is good, while others, say vegan diet

I hav fibroid what should I eat to get raid of it
I have not been diagnosed with endo, however I do get some pretty severe cramps every few cycles and it causes my legs to like tense up and I can barely move Bc the cramps are so bad. The crazy thing is that it’s not every cycle, and only one day during my cycle and it’s usually day 3 if I get it. Idk if this makes sense but like it also cause me to feel like I’m freezing. Like I’d be so cold and otc doesn’t work it takes like 3-6 hrs to kick in. I had never thrown up on my period until this past October was the first time and then the second in January and it’s just Bc the cramps were so bad. I also tried to force myself to eat and I had no appetite at all.. my cycles are pretty normal. I don’t bleed heavy, and it’s just a random day on my period. It’s so weird. I’ve tried different things like cutting out dairy and high processed and sugar foods.. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t… maybe this will help? So thanks 😊
I heard that cramps in your legs during periods could be related to magnesium deficiency. Maybe look into if you are low of magnesium.
I have been experiencing excessive vaginal bleeding since I started having a period at the age of 11. Been hospitalized more than 5 times due to severe anemia, due ofcourse to bleeding. The doctor said I don't have any cyst on my ovary, but I have endemetriosis. Now that I am 30 this year, I still experience the same thing and even worse. 😥🥺

I have been struggling with inflammation issues due to my endometriosis. Now I have been experiencing pain almost everyday. Now I am taking care of my diet and exercise regularly but that sometimes makes it worse. I can be doing a workout and all of a sudden get so bloated. My dr says it’s normal just to use my heating ads and take pain meds. I have been to fertility specialists and they all say I’m good that this won’t prevent me from getting pregnant. I’ve been trying for 5 years now
If you are not feeling well then it is not ok. This should be addressed.

I have recently found that I have a histamine intolerance as well but never realized that it could be a infertility factor. It makes so much sense! All the hives I get as well as the inflammation is such a pain. Other than eating foods that are low in histamine, is there anything else I can do? Is it okay to take a OTC antihistamine for a long period of time? Also I know every "body" is different but does anyone know how long it can take before the histamine levels go back to normal?
Excellent question. I have this sensitivity myself. The reality is that there are many ways to control this and a proper plan needs to be created to support you. On the right plan, you should see these levels normalize within 2 months.
