New feature: Substitution & Task Delegation in SAP Workflow Management

What you can do:
Define substitution rules, so that your tasks are automatically assigned to another user defined in the rule.
Create substitutions for a planned period of absences.
Define a substitute who will take over tasks in case of un-planned absences.
Benefits:
