Biking down the Death Road in La Paz, Bolivia is one of the MUST-DOs for adventure seeker traveling South America. I decided to do this Mountainbike adventure on my birthday - this is why I publish this special edition before all the other stuff from Peru.

The Yungas Road is located not far away from La Paz and is often called the worlds most dangerous road. Nowadays a new road was built, so you don't have to deal with much traffic when going down on a bike.

Is it do-able for someone who's never done mountain biking ? It looks quite scary but i'd like doing that ... unless it's really dangerous ^^

+OTHftGG If you're good with cycling you should be able to do it - but it is indeed dangerous so I'd recommend to do some test runs with a MB before you go for this tour!
