Riding the Ikarus 280T trolleybus No 402 in Debrecen, Hungary

On 18 September 2021, the European Car Free Day was held in Budapest, Debrecen and Szeged, where the good old FVV CSM-4s, better known as Bengáli trams, were also in service. I visited Debrecen on this day, where besides the Bengáli, the Ikarus 280T Trolleybus also made a few rounds on line 4. The latter has the peculiarity that, unlike the Budapest ones, it has ZIU electronics instead of GVM, and therefore the sound is completely different. You can listen to it in this video 🙂

Normál forgalmi állományban van, de nagyon ritkán adják ki, nagyjából havonta egyszer-kétszer.
