Mine only shows "copy listing" where yours shows delete. I see now the listing has to be active in order to delete it so if you have moved it to not for sale you have to make it active to have the delete option. Hope this helps anyone having this issue.

I can only delete the listing from my computer, but it wont delete the item from the smartphone.

What about when your item is cross-posted with likes that turns into an offer on one site but the other site won't let you delete it.

Now how do I remove a SOLD listing that is still showing up, even though it says "this item is sold." I want to remove it altogether, is there a way to do this?

My listing will not delete because it has active offers. Can I delete it? or some how discourage people from buying it? I took off as many picture as i could. Couldn't change any other details.
Just decline the offers so you can delete it.

How can I ask a customer why they gave me a 3 star rating, due to something not fitting, when measurements were provided.
I would generally recommend letting it go - unless it really impacts your rating. You can go to the item page and tag the customer in the comments with an @ and their closet name (that info is in the order).
The NICHE Lady, I have so much to learn. I don’t think it affects me, it’s the first rating I’ve gotten less than 5 stars. I guess I’m a little upset that I gave her such an awesome deal too. Thank you, I’ll just let it go.
