Quite a coalition! Sounds like they split up which probably bettered their chances to breed and carry their bloodline. Love seeing young males are it to adulthood though that is certainly no guarantee for a long life. Would love to see more follow ups on these brutes
They are the SOUTHERN PRIDE of Kruger National Park! NOT the Satara Pride! The Satara Pride are controlled by Casper the White Lion and his three Brothers.
We call them the 7 Satara males or 7 Satara's for short its a nickname. They have taken the Southern pride and another pride that's why they have split in 4 and 3. Casper and brothers do not control Satara pride it is called Semana pride not Satara pride. Here is the link from the guides saying its Semana pride singita.com/2021/10/singita-kruger-national-park-October-2021
@@LionSightings They try invent names for the the lions but they have never been to Kruger👎 We messaged Singita about this “Semana” pride which they have never mentioned in the past. I asked them for photos of the lionesses and they couldn’t provide me with photos because those lions a far out of their concession. If you search translate Semana it’s a Spanish word for week. So a clear indication invented by some foreigner as half of them are Spanish (from South America).
As for the the southern pride males. That’s the pride they control they don’t come from that pride. They come from the northern pride but control the southern pride. Someone created this Satara males rubbish. Yet Casper and his brothers are the dominant males around Satara.
@@MyAfricaAdventures The 7 Satara is just a name many like to use. Just like you named casper and brothers. Like "footloose" is name many don't like but you can use what you want. Also Semana is the legit name given by Singita, whilst Satara is used by a couple of photographers so I'm going with the guides.
The thing is you first called them nwanetsi pride and then nsemani pride, even though nwanetsi pride and nsemani pride were seen with their dominant males. So this is the third change. But Semana is the correct one.
I think 5+ male lion coalitions are at a disadvantage. Males are more likely to hunt high risk prey or wander far off reserve boundaries to hunt, resulting in poaching or death by conflict with humans. Even if they do stay together, there is a very high chance that they split because of competition over females.
7 makes an iron clad patrol.🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁 This would be a celebrated sighting for me.😍😍
Amazing👑👑👑👑👑👑👑
These are also satara lions.
Means they are younger brothers of casper and brothers
As far as I'm aware their origins are unknown... Can't say for sure if they're related to the young Shishangaan males or not.
Are these brothers close to Casper's territory
Beautiful lions the magnificent 7.
Why so short? These young lions are beautiful
All they could film unfortunately
@@LionSightings podia contar a história deles se vc tiver algo sobre eles.
A serious challenge for every lions .One of them is called Caramel . I guess Soon they will rule all the territories around them
