Everyone, please listen to Jordan Howlett: Crumbl REALLY doesn't know how to make cookies. The worker there told Jordan their cookies are "medium rare", aka undercooked, which you CANNOT "medium rare" any baked good. Crumbl doesn't deserve to stay open as a business. If it's any overpriced, high-calorie cookie you should have, have it from that one woman that makes it out of her LA apartment. $10 apiece but ACTUALLY worth the cost.
Dang you must have a bad bakery or something. All the times ive had the one near me they've been moist and delicious. Either that or my bakery is just way above average.
I agree. When I went there with my family it was one of the best cookies we had. Either these content creators just have the worst crumble cookie near them or they must've eaten some top notch cookies. Like that 150 dollar box of cookies Keith Lee ate.
I have the same attitude. To me, Crumble cookies are either equal or slightly better than the average grocery store or gas station cookie, but they're nothing amazing. They're 6-7/10 cookies most of the time and they're 8-9/10 cookies are anomaly's that don't come into existence very often.

The best and worst thing about Crumbl is having the products made in store instead of mass produced. I have never even once had a dry cookie from mine. Of course there are some flavors that I don’t enjoy as much as others, but I can at least say they’re consistently well done.

I just want to say, (I'm sorry if I over exaggerated this, it's solely my opinion, it's also based off of others experiences. Please do not hate, but you can comment your own opinion, just don't get rude about it.) Crumbl cookies workers are underpaid (in most situations) and Crumbl only cares about presentation. Crumbl employees get NO BREAKS, and on top of that, they only get to "snack" in the back. There is no break area, just a back area with lockers, and 99% of the time your cookies will be raw. Why might they be raw? Well, Crumbl overworks minors, often making 3 people do the job of 8. And previous Crumbl employees say that they have been yelled at to go faster or do better, and it often comes out a mess because of how mistreated employees are. There's often minors running around, stressed, tired, sore, hungry, and probably much more than that as well. For those who like Crumbl cookies, I totally understand why you would! I'm not hating on those who like it, I'm hating on the company and its lack of care for employees and quality of their cookies. In the ads, Crumbl often hires a whole team of people to edit the cookies and make them look as aestheticlly pleasing as possible. And just so you know, each cookie has about 500-600 calories each, and these influencers are eating half a dozen in one sitting. That is extremely bad for you, (please do not eat that many) and I'm saying this not only because of the mistreated employees, but also as a warning to Crumbl enthusiasts. Crumbl is using influencers to advertise their "good" cookies, and this often leads to much more purchases of cookies because fans will often try to mimic or try out what the influencers are doing. Not only will the employees be overworked, so will the managers. Crumbl will have managers working 39 hours just so they wouldn't have to pay them benefits. So to sum it all up; employees are extremely overworked with terrible work environment and so are managers, the cookies are EXTREMELY bad for you and have terrible quality.
