Watching videos like this, in this kind of cities makes me sad and makes me realize how different and big the World is.
I live in Mexico, is nothing compared to Monaco or any other country. Seems to be a really nice place to live, the people seems so elegant.
Monaco is where all the rich people spend their money go to other places in Europe it isnt the same

Можно и с замерами, беха на московских номерах поехала замеряться в участок. А так на месте наликом и на руки постановление, та бумажка размера а5, и да в Монако это норма, там владельцы шумных авто не нищеброды-заплатят

i got a car from germany, drived 1 week on import plates like this. but in red, you got automatic insurance when you buy that 1 week plate. you can travel and so on.
you also got them valid for a month.
many people do that and go on hollidays with the car and those plates.
Its meant for export, or waiting of your own car plate (because in germany a plate is registered to a person. not a car, when you sell a car. you will get a new own plate.
