Pity you hadnt tried to make sausages because it is not that good. It is possible to improve this machine buy buying different sized stainless stuffing nozzles and a bracket that allows you to force the meat through without the restriction of the cutter. Most electric sausage makers have much more power than this model which means it really struggles to stuff the skins. Adequate mincer/grinder though.
