@@ianp1986 Dylan Turnbull, who was a youth intake somewhere between Varanama National and League 1, grew to be a Premier League level striker, sort of a third fiddle for an elite team but would have been a regular starter anywhere else. Amazing. And also I loved that we signed Maik Frost from Man City.
@@ianp1986 I started on the Newcastle rebuild (and I'm still salty about the lack of respect for the mighty Joeseph Linton) but I've never watched the Tow Law Town save; now, every time I drive to Lanchester Garden Centre (I live in Sunderland) I see signs for Tow Low and I think of Park to Prem. I should probably just watch it.
@@weirdibeardi You (and everyone who enjoys Park to Prem) should definitely watch it. That was a top tier series. So good I have the Work the Space, Tow Law kit in my closet.

Congrats on the move! Randomly stumbled onto PtP 2 months ago never playing a minute of Football Manager before, caught up around 2/3 weeks ago and now am about 200 hours deep into FM myself. Thank you for introducing this fantastic game into my life, even if it has killed my free time.... and my friends.... and my family.... and every last brain cell in my skull still trying to figure out how VAR works

Started watching you with the Union Berlin save on last years FM, this is my first time watching a Park to Prem series and I have really enjoyed it and in some ways its been a bit of a learning experience as you do things on your saves that I didn't know you could do on FM so I have been inter-grating them into my saves, I am a bit disappointed that you are finishing the save now as you would be back at the newly expanded stadium next season but I do totally get it with the house move, I will definitely continue watching whatever you put out in the coming weeks.

Good call I reckon, the actual "to prem" bit of Park to Prem is always the most enjoyable, then you kind of get stuck in the Premier League money trap. Excited for Japan, enjoy the move!

as a Rugby Town fan in real life I’ve loved the series, can only dream of the trophies that you’ve won and the big games we’ve played in. hopefully it ends on a high in the Champions League final

I have been watching since Tow Law Town, and that series helped teach me how to play FM. After getting Barnet from Vanarama National League to Premier League titles, I was unable to win the Champions League, so I quit the Bees. Pep Guardiola became the manager the next year and won the Champions League, which was frustrating to watch. However, it was time to quit. I could not figure out that last missing piece. I stayed out one year and then signed on with QPR in League Two. I have them in the Premier League now, but it has been a struggle to stay up. And in several years at QPR I have yet to have the green lines between any players! And goals have been hard to produce. Football Manager isn't much fun when the goals aren't flowing. (This never seems to be Jack's problem.) So I may call it quits again. I had hoped to challenge Barnet at the top of the table, but the Fates seem to have other plans.
The journey for me is the enjoyable part of playing FM. Once I reach the top, or very near at it, I know how things unfold, since I've played this game since CM 2.
"Been there, done that". Even journeyman's type of saves do get to a point where you're feeling complete and there is nothing else to do. That's why I haven't had a really long term save in FM for ages ! Get like 5 to 10 seasons and I'm already where I need to be and it's time to get a new challenge.
Are there going to be any f1 manager streams/UA-cam videos this year once the games out?
Would love for a series like Lyon Live to come back after this finishes. Think it’s probably my favourite series in the past 5 years
Hi Jack, just wanted to say I've watched every episode of Park to Prem this year, it's got me through my uni studies, with my final assessment being tommorow, I can't wait to see the final episode!
All the best for the move! Im new to the channel, still only on episode 56 lol saw the thumbnail and thought I better watch haha can’t wait for the next games in Japan. My wife is Japanese and we go back there regularly.
I've not been able to keep up with this series but as always its been so entertaining, even when ill on deaths door you managed to get videos out with a dying voice - consistency on another level when it comes to FM content and YT content to be honest. I went through a not so great time in life, multiple reasons and genuinely looking forward to 12pm for the next Park to Prem meant more than you'll likely ever know. Thankfully things are way better now but it does mean I have a lot less free time. I had planned to catch up on all the episodes and I will but had to leave a message to say thank you for all the episodes for FM24 and looking forward to the craziness of Japan too. Good luck with the move and congratulations! Makes sense to take a breather while that is going on. Hope it all goes well - you deserve it!

This is the first PtP I've watched in its entirety - all 121 episodes. Last year was the first PtP I watched, but I only started watching when you were in the championship (and watched every episode after).
First off I'd like to support you and 1000% back you in your decision. I watch this channel because of you and because I like FM let's plays. The most important thing - ESPECIALLY since you do so many videos a week - is that you are enjoying it. If you are enjoying it, that's the most important thing that matters to me, and I'll always support you in your decision because I want you to have a work-life balance and not get burnt out.
In terms of MY own opinion. I'm conflicted. You are in your 2nd season of your super team (Diop, Rojas, The Don, Celik, Fahey - the quintuple) after winning the league whilst unbeaten last year. The team has also been rather... underwhelming in CL and this is your first CL. I know many people have been commenting and don't like that you have a super team and keep winning, but for me I think that is the reward for the youtuber after the many seasons grinding to get to that point (ONLY if they enjoy it - if they don't enjoy it then that's ok and they shouldn't force themselves to do it - for me personally my goal is to make a super team which is why I enjoy it). I think that maybe 1-2 more seasons having this super team is what I would've loved to have watched personally, but that's just a me thing!
I know the series has been coming to an end (the previous transfer window where you were spending willy nilly like Reptar for 82m because you were thinking about people who would play on your save download and I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed watching your episodes and that you created this super team and the best team in the championship I've ever seen. Sure you could argue that it might've seemed to easy, but that made me more invested in this save!
Looking forward to the next series! Was hoping to at least get another transfer window in!! But I might have to do that myself!

Congrats on the move brother. Love how in tune you are with your saves because, honestly, I've watched every day since day one but this season I found myself just not being as bothered. Definitely the right time to end it.

Im literally half way through the 'Park to Prem' series and its brilliant. Ill carry on to the end of course. I have to say, I totally understand reasons for stopping it, theres only so much you can dominate for before it becomes a continuous repetitive thing with one club.

Buzzing for whats coming next - Always stay for the P2P, but absoloutely loved the couple of one off mini series we had was it last year or the year before; Like the old database roulette in Division 1 that was top drawer.
Watched every episode of P2P for the second year running. Gutted it’s finishing but thanks a lot for the ride Jack, let’s hope for a couple wins tomorrow!

Good luck with the move, totally understandable that you’d want to move on from the save when it gets stale for you. It’s a shame we won’t get the Rugby dynasty the same we did with Guernsey, but that’s totally fine. I’m one of the ones who only tunes in for Park to Prem, something about it brings me back every FM, so see you for the next one. Good luck!
Can you do a video of your favourite XI of the Rugby Town series? Not necessarily the best, but your favs and the potential to remember some of the legends of the lower leagues as well

Completely fine Jack, also quite convenient because I am going on holiday next week as well. Amongst all your plans, have you ever considered extending one of these park to prem by going back down to the tenth division and restart with someone else, some time?
Sadly save files become very slow to progress in the future between continues, I find myself removing the bottom of the pyramid leagues from being playable eventually to speed things up as without doing so daily videos would be difficult to put out
