There are no pre or post 2024 rules. Its a phased introduction of a new accreditation policy. As of today, you should be fine

The sponsor notes are visible on wdoms website and are one of the eligibility criteria for usmle

Hi Doctor, I'm a Foreign medical Student in Russia. Currently Russia is accepted my the WFME Via The National Accreditation Agency IAAR . But my Medical school is not in the list of Accredited medical school list of National Accreditation Agency (IIAR). I tried to get the ID before 31st, But Today ECFMG Replied that they won't issue ID's Anymore from the old system.
