Words can’t describe how heartbroken I am feeling right now - can’t help weeping as I read the many beautiful tributes in this thread already even though it’s only been a few hours since the news broke of your passing. Olivia you were the soundtrack to my life as I was growing up as well as the paradigm of everything I wanted in a partner - and you brought me so many happy memories! Today we have all lost one of the world’s greatest musicals icons and most angelic voice! Gone way too soon, may you RIP Olivia! 😢

My grandson , who is only 2, stops in his tracks and watches and listens with all his attention when this plays. Makes my heart swell.

Whenever I watch Grease, this song always stands out from the musical for me. It almost feels like it was inserted from a different movie. The style is different from the other songs, and the quality of the performance of Olivia Newton-John levitates ways above the rest.
In fact, it was. It was the only song written for the movie. The others songs were written before for the musical.

I have the same metastatic breast cancer that took her. It's so uncomfortable and you're always sweating. I don't know why richer celebrities are all dying from it and I'm still here 6 years later. Maybe the younger age and two kids just not old enough to not have a mom anymore. Glad your pain is over and hope to hear your beautiful voice on the other side
