I had this problem last week and the Joying support team suggested that I followed the instructions in this video and try it by myself, instead of waiting for a replacement. I tried and WORKED. Thanks Joying, I know almost every product has its highs and lows. I really appreciate you gave me this alternative. I will definitely buy from you guys again in the future.
This fixed my problem so I didn't have to send it in for warranty repair and wait for all the shipping down time but got it up and working at the house. Thanks for posting this video giving the end user the option to do this simple repair in lieu of sending in.

I was able to fix my radio from this video. The display started to turn off on its own. I thought it was a sleep feature or a bad app. It's not for everyone but if you are comfortable with soldering, you can repair this on your own without shipping delays. The pain point was removing the radio from the car and reinstalling it. Make sure to check your solder work. This video was good but wish there was more details.
This is why I am worried about purchasing one of these units. This issue just shows bad Quality Control. Then tell customers to fix it with a soldering iron. A consumer shouldn't have to fix anything bought brand new.
Joying android car radio touch screen can work and have sound, but no display, we found this problem and fixed. because it have no more tin on coreboard, you have to find the tin and tools to soldering tin, it will be solve. We found this issue and try to solve it, and now Joying focusing on improve the products quality. And optimizing the radio in the future.

I have same issue, or almost the same. The only difference is it is working after reset for some time. The mainoard is with PX3 chip but looks similar to showed one unit model is VLS02. What should I check to verify the source of issue? I need corechip pinout and expected voltages. After verification I can try to solve the issue at my own I have got permission from Candy to open the unit. I was thinking first it is related to some sleep mode of display. I have root access to my unit are they somewhere logs where I can find what is happening with display?

Same symptoms, unit is working touch screen is working but black screen occurs. Currently I have taken the unit of the car and re-soldered most of pins of main mainoard soldering was very bad before. For now it is working from 20 minutes on the desk. I am still testing it - I will keep you updated! Contacting Candy is very slow process she have to ensure before each response. We were working on one issue before.

Boy ka, one more question I have seen on some screen shots that equalizer app has 3 bars and that is equivalent to hardware. Equalizer app in my unit has number of sliders and some strange calumniation are performed to set gain of Low, Mid and High frequencies. Can I get somehow functionality of 3 sliders equalizer?
Yesterday when I turned my headlights on, the display went black, but still have sound, and able to use bluetooth. Now, The display is still black, but headunit is functioning. Is my problem this? Warranty is two years, can I send back to get fixed? If fix it myself, warrant still Ok?

Sorry, till now our car radio cannot support the video out, but it can support the video in. But we are developing it, maybe in the future, our radio will support.
At first our car radio with the DVD slot can support the video out, now the radio haven't the DVD slot and we have get the feedback from customer, also our this new unit is very different system with the old version, and it cannot support it. The manual we haven't change it yet. But in the near later, we will release a new radio that can support the video out, you can keep the eye on our youtube video. About the OK Google, just when you open the Google Browser, and you can say " search ... " then it will search for you. About the Google map, there is also no sound ? If the touch screen totally cannot work, maybe it is the core board desoldering, it can be solved by resoldering. If the screen, some parts touch screen can works and some parts cannot works, maybe the touch screen broken and then need to exchange the touch screen
