- Goodwill brought out 3 new carts while we were thrifting! I met up with Joe and Nicole of I'd Flip That, and, with the help of a friend, I sent Nicole a special gift!
Hello Everyone! Its Tiffany with Thrifting Vegas. I shop at thrift stores, estate sales, garage sales and discount stores for items I can resell for a profit on online platforms like eBay, Poshmark and Offer-Up.

I found a Los Angeles Pottery crudite and dip bowl , a vintage glass cloche, a Portugese Vase, a Santa candy jar, some vintage Halloween party invitations and thanks to @YvonThriftyRich I knew to grab an awesome yellow happy face planter!!! I work at Goodwill, and thanks to social influencers like yourself, I have been able to better fill our store with things our customers are looking out for, and have also been able to educate my coworkers on these things also, so less gets thrown away or salvaged. It has also helped me when I am out on my own thrifting adventures. Thank you for your videos!

Could you please, please, please tell Goodwill to stop putting price labels directly on the marks or labels on the items. Every single time! It drives me crazy, and everyone keeps having to remove the label to see what it says. Thanks! :)
We do this at my Goodwill, we also use plastic wrap to wrap things together instead of tape, as not to damage the item ☺️
Out goodwill in Jacksonville NC puts the price on with black permanent marker. Does anyone know how to get that off.
@Rebecca Hoehn - Tiffany did a video on how to remove Sharpie marker from pottery or dishes - it was probably June or July, 2021. I tried Howard Feed and Wax on the bottom of a piece of pottery and it dissolved the marker almost completely! I was shocked!

As usual, very good video! I love listening to you because you are so knowledgeable about the pottery and collectible items! It would be great to see some of the sold items and how you ship all those very fragile items. Keep up the great videos!
Trim the leaves down so nutrients will go to growing a strong root system, because the plant will go into shock from the treatment it has received. A palm needs to have a strong root and stem that grows into a strong trunk. I would cut the leaves down about halfway and cut the un-leaved stems down to the root ball as close as you can. When you transplant from pot to ground, I would make sure the soil is correct for the plant. Hope all goes well. Enjoyed your video
I can't keep palms alive indoors or outdoors! 😟 Indoors my cat eats them and outside I'm either over or under watering. I think I have killed them both ways. 😭

The doll is a Vera Bradley pose doll, I remember having some when I was a kid. Ami’s Pop and Rock redoes them and puts a modern twist on them and resells for quite a bit.

I know this video is 2 years old, but just in case-the white nesting dolls are measuring cups. I used to collect nesting dolls and I was actually given two sets as gifts. I love them. 😊
I purchased an entire set of the Lefton Holly Christmas dishes a few years ago. They are so darling and make ne hark back to when I was a child as my mom had some pieces

I spotted a Pyrex Golden Honeysuckle promotional casserole - it's such an odd oblong shape so many people miss it. I will say it doesn't seem to have the same ridiculously high value many Pyrex pieces are currently enjoying. I collected the bulk of my Pyrex long before it was cool (or valuable!), so when I downsized my collection this past summer I did very well. :)

I have two fish plates very very similar to the one you bought today. It's so so pretty. I can't believe no one has bought it yet.
That doll on the stool, she is from the seventies, that much I know, cuz me and my sisters received one from an attorney that was working for my father and they were beautiful. I wish I would have kept mine. I wish my parents would have made us keep them nice.
The Star Wars Porg costs about $50 new if it was purchased at Disney's stores . Super cool and being a LONGTIME Star Wars fan I was thrilled you grabbed it.

The doll is a Bradley Doll. Made in Japan and very popular in the 60's and 70's. Some were made into lamps. I had one as a child. Lovely dolls but unless they are really different they don't sell for much.

We went to Vegas evert year for many years because my daughter and granddaughter lived there. They both left Nevada last year after our visit. Now we don’t think we will go back but I wish I could have seen your booth. You girls really keep busy. Take care.

It’s unfortunate the platters are difficult to sell online due to their size and weight but great items for a booth!
I am amazed how you recognize the brand of items from far away. I can recognize some but not as many as you can!
If you took a pack of coffee filters with you. You could stack the fragile items with a bit of cushion. And make your viewers a bit less nervous.
Seems,their prices were high,eventhough, they had some very nice items.
Maybe because it is Las Vegas.
lot of items were damaged.
I always put some clothes padding between the glassware and Pottery.
I find beautiful cloth or small linen to cushion.
They had a lot of glass.
Love the vanity table and it would serve well as a craft table or artist storage or a bead storage for jewelry making and it would also be nice as an earring and broach case.
I loved all the little compartments.
The Autumn colored items were really nice.
Why not ,only one.Sometimes, one makes a nice setting, with other decore.
Why does everything have to be in pairs or multiples.

We see many items ,that you don't show close up but I see soo many items, I would have bought.
Sadly, there were just too many damaged items.
You did select some very nice items and I would have definitely bought the mid-century mint and brass vase.
I see it as a beautiful between season piece, with different flowers or just have a succulent or small candle or even a globe ornament.
I am so sad at how much was damaged.

At 6:00 …the Hallmark bear canister. It prob doesn’t do well cuz it’s kind of well…vintage…but not in a good way. A lil cheesy. But that’s just my opinion.

Our Goodwill in St Augustine Florida are awful. Our resale shops seem to be picked over by employees long before they reach the shelves. All resale here are awful.😔 It is fun to follow you Tiffany and your friend the Niche lady.

in Florida, a full sized palm tree costs about $1,200. i hope yours grows.
30:29 I cut these mats into strips or squares and put between my stackable pyrex and anchor hocking bakers and bowls in drawers and on shelves keeps them from sliding and dinging around, chipping edges or getting stuck. A roll can go a long way if you cut it right.
