    Greek yogurt 300g.
    Flour (all purpose) 50g
    Cornstarch (cornstarch) 30g.
    Egg whites 4+ a pinch of salt.
    Juice of half a lemon
    Sugar 80g (add in portions).
    Mold (18 cm in diameter)
    Boiling water.
    Bake for 60-70 minutes at 140 ° C.
    Icing: 70g icing sugar + 3-4 teaspoons lemon juice.
    Lemon zest for garnish.
