4 egg yolks + vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Oil 30ml
Zest of one lemon
Greek yogurt 300g.
Flour (all purpose) 50g
Cornstarch (cornstarch) 30g.
Egg whites 4+ a pinch of salt.
Juice of half a lemon
Sugar 80g (add in portions).
Mold (18 cm in diameter)
Boiling water.
Bake for 60-70 minutes at 140 ° C.
Icing: 70g icing sugar + 3-4 teaspoons lemon juice.
Lemon zest for garnish.

Muy buenas pintas tiene, yo también la hago pero en vez de hacerla al baño maría la hago al horno directamente con calor arriba y abajo y sin ventilador y me sale buenísima un abrazo. 👍👌
