This technology of tata ताता,shouldn't die,
It's almost getting over as we are getting in so called modern science,
I think there is no institute to teach this (syllabus) science.
And what can be done,
Because for what ever reason some good technology is dying,
Complaining situation or surrounding is not enough,
What can be done to restore all these,??

Your Thatha was a repository of knowledge, and it's heartening to know that it has been passed on. Hopefully, his teachings are currently being amplified by his disciples. No sir, Not many practice it exactly the same way as thatha did. The present generation doesnt do this anymore. Some places in Kerala, they ask for your birth chart before giving treatment. thats it.

The episode on nimitha is good.my Patti used to tell us about this.she used to tell that we must walk slowly otherwise boomadevi will be hurt

It's so sad that we never realised the beauty of siddha.and its all.commercial.I am.an.allopathic Dr.But my Patti used to talk to us about ayurvedic vaidyars.she had rheumatoid arthritis and till her death she never had remission s and exacerbations.I.wonder.and feel sorry that we have lost the system

I wish sidhhas🎉l like thatha could exist today. My mother is on medicine since 35 years . Mayne its the prabdha. These days We couldn't even find good ayurvedic doctors who are nadi vaidyas... everything has become business....

Loving this series Anna.. I remember my childhood days spend with my grandma, she will try to tell me another of herbs locally grown around our area but me being child ,never bothered.. years later,I am sure No one in our village can identify those rare plants and somehow we have lost lots of hearts too just coz of ignorance and so called modernization..

I remember my mother saying this... In kerala temples we keep Kodimaram which is usually made of a tall tree cut and coated with some metal and kept near the entrance of the temple. So the whole process of choosing the tree, cutting it etc. is done by taking permission from the Forest with all the respect and Gratitude 🙏
Yes cutting tree for sthamba is even more an elaborate ritual and process

I like astrology, my father knew it better. Once when I was sipping coffee with my friend, I noticed he did not rather believe in astrology. He was a busy guy, met several people in restaurant in that time of 15 mts. I noticed changes when he was speaking to his driver, colleague and his boss. I told him, if his tone, voice, pitch, body language can change in few seconds when speaking to different humans, why not huge planets can not influence human behaviour, though from far off distance. He looked convinced.

Any reason did thata ji mentioned why planets which we cannot see does affect us. Because one astrologer told me my mother health would be a concern as Saturn and moon are in my 6th house.
